Vacation rentals with a patio in Ilsandong-gu

I always had a good stay, and there was even a rooftop barbecue with a great view, so I applied for a barbecue because I really wanted to do it, but the weather was so cold that I did a backpack stay. I'll do it as soon as it warms up….Thank you for always providing a warm space.

I was worried when I went in because the building was old, but it was really, really clean inside, and it was the best air bnb I've stayed so far. The place is really clean. The bedding was comfortable, it was clean, and I slept well. The heating is also hot and good. I really felt like I knew why the reviews were good. Still, the only downside is that the building is old, so I'm a little scared when I go in. Still, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and there's an elevator, and once you enter the accommodation, it's a very cozy accommodation with the same detailed photos, so I was completely satisfied!! If I have to stay at the accommodation again next time, I will come here!!! I had a good stay. Thank you ~

A family of three stayed for two days before moving. I drank delicious coffee and was so refreshed before heading out. The terrace was also well maintained, but it's a shame that I couldn't use it this time due to my schedule. I'll be back next time. ^^

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The hosts were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make us feel welcome—we truly felt at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Hongik Station. The Hongdae area is full of great restaurants, cafés, and things to do. A fun detail: the apartment is located right above the popular barbershop The Days Hair—we all got our hair cut there and highly recommend it! Even though the apartment is in a lively student neighborhood, it was quiet at night and we all slept very well. We'd absolutely love to stay here again!

Excellent stay! James was very responsive and helpful! it's a beautiful and spacious place that's in a great location. The subway is quick 5 minute walk away and restaurants and convenience stores are very close by! You won't regret staying here!

A beautiful space! A couple things to note for those considering booking. The shower/bath and both located in the “basement” and are located down some narrow and steep set stairs. It was totally fine for us but should be noted of anyone with mobility issues. The toilet is in its own room outside, was no problem, but could be seen as an inconvenience in the night time. The host kindly offered luggage storage for before/after checkout. The cafe that had the storage was quite a hike (up and down two hills). I wouldn’t recommend taking up the offer with any large/awkward luggage. Once we got there the storage itself was easy and stress free! NAVER maps led two separate taxis to the street above the address, which led to carrying luggage down a lot of stairs. Recommend setting the location for wayfinding to the cafe that is beside the hanok closer to the main road to avoid this.

I went to Heesoo's accommodation in a hurry, but it was clean, pretty, and the 4 of us were able to have a really enjoyable trip. He explained and recommended things quickly, the location was so good, and the bathroom was so pretty. Thank you for your sensibility for warming up the floor before we checked in~ This is the accommodation I'll definitely book again when I come to Incheon.

I loved my stay at AUD - it felt like coming home and the area is very nice, lots of coffee places and food options. Also super convenient airport bus connection.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

We loved our stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. There is a lot of attention to details to make it convenient and even with notes to help even if you do not speak Korean. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and the closeness to the convenient station Yeosinnae that has several subway lines and GTX.

I stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks and I couldn't be happier. The apartment itself is very cozy, yet still spacious and not packed, but also the park nearby and how close the subway station is just makes it perfect. Sue always replies very fast and is so helpful. If you stay here you can rely on her!

Accommodation as advertised. Spacious accommodation perfect for 2 families. Washer and dryer available. The terrace is a plus to relax. Nearby bus and metro. Very responsive and attentive host. Perfect for a first stay in Seoul! Thank you so much.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the host's kindness. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it's a bit of a shame that there aren't many places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and it is slightly inconvenient to go on foot.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
