Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ilsandong-gu

This airbnb was perfect for our trip! It has lots of space to get ready and to hangout with friends. The area as is also very nice with lots of cafes and restaurants surrounding the apartment. The subway station and Hongdae Main Street is also only a 10 minute walk away. Nevertheless the area is really quiet and peaceful. Overall I would recommend everyone this Airbnb if you want to have an accommodation that makes it easy to travel around but has all the important places right around the corner.

I used it with 5 friends for 3 nights and 4 days.The owner's quick and kind responses were helpful when I had questions at check-in and other times.I loved the interior, which was modern and stylish, more than I could have imagined from the exterior.It was a bit of a long stay, so it was nice to have a washer and dryer.It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest station, so it's not far, but it's not close either.There is a nearby grocery store that is open until 10 pm, making it easy to use.

Emily was the best host ever! she was so good with communication and just there to help by text. It was spotlessly cleaned. The apartment was quiet and I really had a good rest. The kitchen has all what you need for cooking and the doubled bed was perfect. I can only recommend this place is you need a nice and healing place in Seoul.

Great place to stay for 5-6 person. Nice & very clean house. The host very kind and friendly. Great location.. 15min by taxi to myeondong & Seoul Tower. Thanks to the host..surely will stay here in my next visit to Seoul

I had a really comfortable stay! There was no shortage of items, and it was nice to have lots of towels. Overall, the place was so tidy, which was nice! All my friends were satisfied:) I want to use it again next time ~

It was a family gathering, so I needed a private room, but I found the right place. The kids loved going up the attic, and there were a lot of rooms, so we had a good time exploring everywhere! It's cleaned, I could tell the toothbrush arrangement or the delicacy! The unfortunate thing is that the shower on the first floor was not well drained, and the bathroom was reflected...😱 Thank you for kindly welcoming the beautiful owner, and I'll visit again!😁

Kim was a fantastic host. Super responsive with lots of easy to follow instructions. Apartment worked well for a family of four and it was in the heart of the action. Would highly recommend and will stay here again when we return to Seoul.

We had 3 night at this place. it was great. The house is private. Everything was provided. There are beds for 7-8 people that can stay at this place, but it has only 1 bathroom, so I recommend 4-5 at max. The house's very warm in winter as there is floor heater. The place has restaurants and OliveYoung in just 2-3 mins walk. Also, every near to Hongdae walking street and subway just crossing the road. Easy for walkable distance with luggages from subway (walk around10 mins) and Airport Limousine Bus (walk around 15 mins). The host is very responsive and helpful with all questions.

The location is absolutely perfect with public transport within metres.

The room is a perfect size and a great deal for the price! The location is great, Mangwon is the best suburb in Seoul in my opinion and the airbnb is around the corner from the market. Would recommend, although the Airbnb is structured kind of like a dorm, and the walls are pretty thin, so sometimes I wonder if I was lucky that nobody was staying in the rooms next to me and that’s why it was so quiet

The host is so nice, helpful and responsive. He carried all of our 3 luggages to the room on our check-in day. The location is perfect and peaceful surrounded with many cute cafes!

Highly reccommend for everyone. Hongdae area is so much fun and Suhee's place is perfect for it. It's 4mins walk to Hongdae main street therefore you get privacy within walkable distance. The place is exact like pictures, clean and full of amenities. Suhee replies fast and friendly. Also, there's a lot of figure stores around which is a huge pro to me. Definitely coming back!

While location was a little distant away from touristy areas, accommodation was only a short walk away from train station with many food options around. Place was clean and comfy! I enjoyed my stay and will return next time.

We had a superb experience staying at this Airbnb! We were a group of 7 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby, and the place felt incredibly comfortable and homey for all of us. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the nearest train station and only 3 minutes to the airport bus stop. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the beds felt just like those in a hotel — super cozy and relaxing after long days out. But the best part was the host Hye Jeong! She was extremely helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to assist us, especially with storing our luggage and accommodating our request, which wasn’t easy with almost 10 luggages. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

Exactly as it’s shown and described with all the mod cons you need. Extremely easy location for public transportation with subway and bus stops just at your doorstep. Paris Baguette and a small Lotte supermarket round the corner for convenience, if like our family you need to whip up simple breakfasts before the day’s activities. If taking taxis there’s significant congestion in certain directions at certain times, but I’m guessing this is similar for central Seoul in general. Coex itself is a pretty dated mall so does not warrant a standalone trip there. You get very quick responses to any queries which is helpful. If renting car please note building car park only takes regular sized, no SUVs or larger.

My husband and I visited Korea for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the location was especially great!

It was easy to get around, close to the railway entrance to the airport, with a railing elevator, which was friendly to a family with so many large pieces of luggage we had to get around.

It was the perfect place for us to stay in Seoul and Ingi a very good host. Very nice location, good to reach from the main station and to discover the city. Confortable appartement with lovely roof terrace.

Clean and quiet. I intend to use it next time as well.

We had a great stay at Taehong and Madeleine’s place. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The accomodation is about a 10-minute walk from Seoul station. There is a steep incline on the way, but the neighborhood is peaceful and felt very safe. The space was clean and had everything we needed, including shampoo, body wash, a washing machine, and a dryer. These little conveniences really made a difference during our stay. The neighbours were also kind and helpful! Thanks again - I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

Pros: - Sparkling clean - Clear check in and check out instruction - Host is very responsive - Location is near subway, bus stop, restaurant, coffee shop, open until midnight Cons: - Location is far from tourist area like Myeongdong, Hongdae etc - Provided towel is very small - Picture looks the room is a bit huge but in reality it is small room, still okay given the price :)

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.

Great accomodation with a friendly host who was patient and willing to explain things that we were unsure about. Would stay here if I had the chance to again!
