It was such a lovely and relaxing stay --we are torn between exploring tbe city and just staying inside because it is THAT cozy. Truly a home away from home. The first time I inquired and messaged Ms. Fatima, I just know that this will be a memorable and one of the best bnbs that we stayed at. Kudos to the host for being patient with my inquiries and generous with our request-- really appreciate it! :) Essential kitchen amenities are useful as well as the pail and dipper in the bathroom! Haha, that really nailed it..we might have experienced slow internet at times but that did not spoil our stay. Can't wait to be back and thank you so much again!

The interior was tastefully done, with elegance and was aesthetically pleasing. Indeed, every detail speaks volumes, true to its name, Stylish Modern Industrial Studio. We fell in love with Christine’s place, we would definitely go back here for a staycation, ideal for long-term stays too, it came with a huge wardrobe cabinet and fully functional kitchen. Squeaky clean and spotless, perfect for someone with asthma and rhinitis like myself. Linens were very fresh as well, we couldn’t ask for more. The host was equally adorable and friendly. Communication with her was a breeze, smooth as silk. Jayr, her assistant was very accommodating and was always ready to help. The HUUUGE smart TV came with premium Netflix which entertained us the most as introverts and the equally lightning fast internet connection, made our stay easy and convenient as we work from home. We can’t wait to go back! Definitely worth every penny spent

Our stay at Alfonso’s place was simply outstanding! Communication was easy and very responsive. Our flight was delayed and we arrived past 11 pm but Ms. Cecile, the co-host waited for us. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and very accessible to public transportation. The amenities were superb and the unit itself is super clean. I highly recommend it. I will not hesitate to stay here again when I come back to Iloilo. Thank you so much for an enjoyable and comfortable stay!
