Accommodation was completely renovated in 2023/2024. The tiled stove has remained and is my personal highlight, the small but nice balcony with awning also invites you to linger. The location is very central, In the neighbourhood: Bakery 260 metres, butcher's shop 600 metres, Train station 900 metres (43km to Munich, 25km to Ingolstadt) Bürgerpark 300 metres (playground, mill wheel, hop tower, restaurants, sunbathing lawns) Indoor swimming pool with sauna 1.4 km Outdoor pool 1.5km

Being close to the project, staying flexible in time and locally or simply enjoying the vacation. We offer a beautiful duplex apartment. The minimum stay is 2 nights up to a maximum of 1 year. The apartment is fully equipped incl. Kitchen, WiFi, washing machine etc. We are about a 5 minute drive from the A9, between Ingolstadt and Munich and a 5 minute walk from the train station, to Munich main station the train journey takes 30 minutes. The train can't be heard from us.

Despite direct train connections to Munich (30 minutes' drive), the train station is 800 meters away, 25 minutes' drive, by car to Munich Airport, you can sit back and relax here. The small town has everything you need from the 18-hole golf course (behind the garden fence) to shopping, great walking and cycling paths and in the immediate vicinity a varied range of gastronomy and entertainment.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The reception by Toni and later the greeting by Angelika was very, very warm. It was a feeling of coming home. The two convey a lifestyle of mindfulness and cordiality that make the stay in their Airbnb something special. The apartment is beautifully bright and cozy, very tastefully decorated with the paintings of the landlady. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, I slept very well. A cool water to welcome us was really great after the long drive🌞😊! The location, the garden and the house are just beautiful. I'd love to come back. Kind regards, Anita

We had two very pleasant nights. We came to visit Dachau. The proximity to Munich is much appreciated. We arrived on our own by following Paul's information. We met him the next day as well as the rest of the little family, they are very friendly, smiling and full of energy. It was a great time and a good ice cream tasting!

For us, the location was nice and quiet. I can recommend it if you wanted something in the vicinity of Munich.

We were warmly welcomed. The accommodation was like a new move, generous in amenities and space. State-of-the-art standard in terms of energy saving. You immediately felt at home. Pfaffenhofen is a recommended place that offers many opportunities for activities (Munich, Landshut, Freising, Ingolstadt, etc.).

A spacious entryway features glossy marble flooring and large windows that provide views of the surrounding fields. A sleek staircase made of wood and metal leads to the upper levels, while contemporary furnishings and plants add subtle elegance to the space.
