We were received nicely, received a short briefing. Everything was clean and tidy. It is located directly at the airport near the fair, but quietly located. Marion is flexible with regard to arrival and departure.

The stay was during Christmas and New Year; Christian and his family went above and beyond as hosts, were very kind and helpful, and spoke German and English. I recommend places to visit during your stay; public transport is perfect for supermarket shopping and surrounding areas of interest. A thermal spa is nearby, and there are excellent local hiking trails. This Air BnB has all the modern conveniences: a lounge, sofa, TV area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. The place has extra beds if need be. Suppose you're after a quiet place with stunning natural beauty and cave systems with boutique shops and restaurants. I recommend it 100 %, and you will enjoy your stay. There is parking if you come by car or bike. Five Star Rating.

Stephanie is a great hostess. Since we were only there very briefly and one night, we did not get to know them. But the communication was super fast and very friendly, the apartment was sparkling clean and cozy and in nice weather you can sit on a cute little terrace. :)

The place was mega!! We were superbly received directly as a group. Beer in the fridge included! The rooms were super clean and the coffee machine was completely prepared. The stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for the price :)

The apartment is new and nicely decorated, a swimming pool and a garden where you could relax on a sun lounger or lay on grass. Great location (8 min by car) if someone is planning a stay in Legoland.

We had everything we needed. the apartment is equipped with everything you need. were there for about 1 week in spring. In good weather, you have been able to see the Swiss Alps very nicely. Short ways to Friedrichshafen or Langenargen. Each only about 10 minutes by car. Good shopping. Also for walks it was a nice area. Parking is very close by. We had also been able to meet Sinan, and got to know him as a very warm and friendly man. we wish all other vacationers a nice relaxing time.

It was a very clean, bright apartment, with everything that was needed for a couple of days stay and of very good quality! Thanks for coffee and Tea, Markus ! The walk to the maim attraction of Ulm is very nice by the Danube and through the park! Definitely worth to book this apartment!

Communication with Lena was very friendly, check-in straightforward. The apartment is clean and fully equipped and in a very quiet residential area. Parking at the house. My husband felt comfortable and would take the apartment again 👍🏽

Carola is a very warm and helpful host. We were greeted with a small bottle of wine and a lovely menu. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and lovingly furnished. From the bedroom window we had a beautiful view of Lake Constance and the opposite Alps. The apartment is very nice for many bike rides. It was also great that we could put the bikes in the garage. We highly recommend the place and will be back.

We had a great time staying at the apartment! The high-quality amenities left nothing to be desired. Everything was very clean and well maintained - you immediately felt comfortable. The place was family-friendly and also ideal with children. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and uncomplicated. Clear recommendation!

Very nice apartment on the ground floor in a quiet cul-de-sac, clean and with all the necessities, bathroom and kitchen. Everything was straightforward and easy, good communication. There are all the shops nearby, bakery open on weekends. The region offers plenty of sightseeing. This is an address to keep!

All in all, a beautiful and very large accommodation with enough entertainment and feel-good character. If you are in Ulm, it is definitely a place where you will want to stay 😀

Birgit is a great owner that we had the honour to meet. We communicated in a great way from the moment we made the reservation till we left the apartment. She is a very kind, welcoming and helpful person. She made us feel like home and she always offered help. She even offered usher bike in case of willing to go for a ride in the park. Moreover, Birgit's apartment is a gorgeous one,placed in a very quiet place. Staying in her apartament was like staying at home. Extremely clean, creatively decorated, fully equipped with everything you need. Absolutely perfect! I strongly recommend her and the apartment when going to Geislingen! You won't regret it! The accommodation is really nice and clean. It is also quietly located and you are in nature in a few minutes. It was very nice to walk through the blooming rows of trees in spring. The wellness room is right next to the apartment, is lovingly prepared by Marianne and it is great to relax in it. Marianne is a very friendly and helpful host. She even sent me a forgotten charging cable by mail. Otherwise, the hosts are very unobtrusive and go out of their way for the privacy of the guests. In the outdoor area, there are, for example, several ways to set up an additional privacy screen, although it is already very protected anyway. Upon arrival, nice touches such as rolls, sweets, nice little things for breakfast, bubbles, beer, etc. Overall, the kitchen is above average equipped with spices and cookware. We had an absolutely relaxed couple time and would be happy to come back.
