La Bodega (the cellar) de Casa del río is an independent one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and living room, built on a ground floor. The kitchen is equipped to cook your own simple meals (but not oven/microwave). The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable and simple stay. The apartment has views to the valley, a private terrace with amazing views and an independent entrance. You can also use the common areas and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

Completely renovated in May 2023 with an elegant and modern style. We want to be a second home for those seeking to disconnect in an idyllic setting that unites the sea and mountains. When it comes to location, it doesn't get any better than this. Perched on a bluff, overlooking the beaches and ocean, this lovely home is the best place to come to disconnect from everything. It is literally a 1 min walk to several stunning beaches. The house is bathed in sun all day long and the property is completely walled off and has a huge, very private, garden all around. Needless to say, the views are absolutely stunning...breath-taking!

Its warm and cozy rooms offer the client avant-garde facilities and furniture with: Bedroom with 180 cm bed, TV with national channels, Living room with 135 cm sofa bed, TV; large bathroom, fully equipped American kitchen (refrigerator), microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, basic kitchenware.

Casa Liñeiras is located in a quiet rural setting and a few kilometers from local amenities, as well as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. It is a complex of luxury houses that offer all the comforts of home and have been renovated respecting the traditional architecture of slate, stone and beams. They are a perfect retreat for relaxation and tranquility. The renovation was completed in 2022.
