Lying in grounds of seven acres including a lake and woodland, it is a haven for wildlife and an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The oldest parts of Crowfoot's cottage date from the 17th century and have been lovingly renovated. Within a short walk of the cottage are a village shop pub and Broome Heath which is ideal for dog walking/fishing. More shops and restaurants in Bungay just a mile away

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. We are 10 mins from St Peters Brewery also The raw milk shed is 10 mins away where Baron Bigod cheese is made, 2 mins on is The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation museum. Sizewell is 20 miles from us.

Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.
