Your satisfaction is my priority in the holiday house, where you can access the azure sea within 5 minutes walking distance, where all your needs can be met among the pine trees. There are 2 sun loungers where you will sunbathe in the garden and open shower if desired on the way back from the sea. When you leave the house and walk down 30 meters, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house is a cute 3-story villa . There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.

Our villa is a duplex and consists of a living room, an American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (+ WC) on the upper floor and 1 toilet on the lower floor. It is suitable for families and groups of multiple people due to the equipment and furnishings the house has. There are two balconies, upper and lower, and a large backyard. There is no parking problem. The closest beach is 10 minutes, the Ildir-Çeşme minibus stop is 1 minute, and two supermarkets are about 3-5 minutes on foot. 10 minutes to Ilıca-Alaçatı, 12 minutes to Ildir by car.

Our villa that is 200m walking distance from the sea and very close to Cesme center and the marina, is waiting for you in an immaculate way. Easy access everywhere due to its location yet peaceful. Our villa, having 5 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms. 4 rooms have A/C and basement room is naturally super chill since it is underground level.
