Otimo atendimento, previligiada location near the beach and the center, top apartment with a great structure, all 100%, just positive points, I recommend.

Super quiet place, a few steps from the beach, everything is very clean and organized, helpful host, only the parking space is a little confusing, but we were super satisfied!

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

Mara's place is amazing! Beautiful apartment, great taste, it was clean and has everything you need! Well located, right on the sand, in the best place in Itapoá. I just loved everything! Mara and her husband responded promptly when needed. I highly recommend it! I want to come back soon 😍

I had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful, organized, clean, full of kitchen items and utensils, and has a great location. In the surroundings, there are restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, convenience stores, access to the beach and the square, which has a very beautiful lake to watch the sunset. All points can be reached on foot, without relying on transportation. The apartment has a partial view of the beach, the street is very quiet and I had no problems with noise even though it is surrounded by commercial spots.

Apartment with ocean view and great location! We managed to do everything on foot, without taking the car out of the driveway! We were very well served and welcomed by Bianca, which was attentive and helpful at all times. Excellent stay!

The stay was excellent, the AP is modern, well organized, has crockery, bedding, practically nothing. The soundproofing is very good, and the privileged location, access to practical BR and beach. The Condominium has many leisure options, and all very well cared for. In the first access I had in the garage, I was a little confused, but it soon gets used, easy to get in and out with the car. My wife loved the experience, I recommend Yes.

Very nice place,super private,house with privileged view,we love to spend some family nights, sarita a great attentive and polite host. We enjoy every space in the house ,we saw the sunrise ,the moonlight at night And a detail the house was clean and smelling we will return with family for sure ,super indico !

The stay was great, despite some periods of rain in the days we were, we were able to enjoy a lot. The place is very quiet, the house very comfortable. A Thaiane always helpful and attentive, left us a treat of welcome. They were very good days of rest and family. Gratitude 🙏🏻❤️

Great, spacious and cozy house! Large rooms, excellent outdoor area, good location, very quiet place. Great for bringing family, friends and pets. The owner of the house always serving and assisting us when necessary! We highly recommend it!

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! It was quite pleasant days, a quiet and airy place, literally with your foot in the sand! The freshness of the wind and the noise of the waves were the companions of our stay. The house is quite comfortable with everything you need, ventilated rooms, my particularly with the look of the sea! All very clean and organized! The hostess always very receptive and concerned about our stay! The beach itself with a beautiful look and very quiet, great for those who have a pet.

I have no words for the house! True to the ad, even better. We were surprised by the site, a 2 min walk to the best part of the beach, a fully equipped house, all very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen with everything you need, extremely clean linens and bathrooms. Not to mention Viviani, what a wonderful human being, of light. More than a hostess, she cares about all the details, super helpful, super flexible. We will definitely come back more often!

The location is perfect, with stunning sea views right from the window/balcony. The environment is super cozy, clean and well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. I emphasize that both the communication with the host and with the co-host Ademar was great, always quick and attentive. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet place, well located and with a spectacular view.
