Great accommodation for large groups, very close to the beach. Comfortable rooms with air-conditioning. The pool area and barbecue were a success. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience in this apartment! Everything was pristinely clean and very well organized since our arrival. The swimming pool is beautiful and super well taken care of, perfect for relaxing looking at the sea view. Bed linen and towels provided were of excellent quality, soft and smelling, which made all the difference in our stay. In addition, the apartment is very well equipped, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, with all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare our meals in comfort. My family and I love and we will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

The house is seaside the beach in front is very good, the big house has a huge plot of land, and all the accommodations are comfortable and complete with bedding and fans. It has a large space for dining and the kitchen is well equipped. The ventilation of the house is great and very safe as well.

We like the apartment very much, the place is very welcoming and pleasant, the decoration combines with the beach, several points that refer to the beach environment, such as oars, paintings and other details. The size is very good for 2 people, in our view, more people would be tight. About the bathroom/box, I'm 1.85 cm tall and I'm slim, based on that, the box's width was at the limit to be ideal, so if it's taller or big, it might get a little tight. The acoustics are very good, just a few moments in the upstairs apartment when they played with dogs (it seemed like playing ball), when they ran from one side to the other quickly, you could listen a little, but for us that is not a problem, because we live in an apartment so we are used to it. A detail, we do not know if the apartment above is resident or per night and in this day there were the dogs. Daniel was very helpful and attentive in the whole process, we really like everything in general!

We spent 3 nights in the family, Sr Eval was very attentive and careful, gave all the precise guidelines, the house is spacious, welcomes a large family, the sea view is a spectacle from sunrise to sunset, in addition to the sun, sea, breeze we could enjoy large vessels passing through the canal, we have no complaints! were perfect days. to market and bakery needs to go by car, there is no trade nearby, this is the least. all the rest compensates.

SEN-SA-CIO-NAL! We spent a wonderful family weekend with 11 well accommodated people in the 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. Ample leisure space with sandy court, pool, barbecue, pizza oven, oven for rib floor fire... Anyway, very complete. We'll be back soon!

Everything was great, location, house utensils, cleaning, nho market, bazaar, restaurant and pizzeria almost to the slime of the condominium. we only had a mishap with refrigerator, I had to clean because it wasn't freezing, but it worked, and in the meantime a reservation was taken home. the air conditioners were also freezing almost nothing, the only thing that I suggest having fans, so that if the air does not work, it has this option, as it was very hot, so it was very unpleasant to sleep about 3 nights warmer.

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

Surprised our expectations! We accommodated very well 7 Adults and two children. The house was ideal for providing the space for my birthday and engagement with the participation of more people during the day. Very well organized,equipped and clean. Returning to Casa 7 was, once again, an amazing experience. This is our second consecutive year and we are already thinking about returning. It was my wife, my son, my parents, my brother, my sister-in-law, my aunt, my grandmother and a friend. Last year there were 12 of us, and the house offers real comfort for that number. It has five en-suite bedrooms, spacious and comfortable rooms, and best of all: your backyard is the beach! You go straight out to the sea, something unique. This year we loved the renovation of the gazebo and grill, it was beautiful. Every year we see improvements, and that speaks to the commitment of Sayonara, the host, who takes care of every detail. The house delivers and exceeds what it promises. We spent beautiful days, full of peace, laughter and unforgettable moments as a family. Casa 7 is already part of our best memories.

Marcos' house is very cozy, has everything you need and the view to the lake is spectacular. We spent most of the time in the room that you see the lake, very quiet and beautiful place and host Marcos recommended us great restaurants in the city.

Prainha Beach House is perfect. Communication with Angela and Jorge to arrange check-in and check-out times was easy and quick. They're very polite. The space is wonderful: super clean, fragrant linens and blankets, full kitchen and a coffee machine that I want to buy. In addition to having a barbecue with everything you need, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The Internet is also very good, my husband needed to work during the week and made calls with ease. The house is close to the beach, and the deck allows you to see how the waves are and whether the beach is too crowded or not. My dog loved the space on the grounds. 🐕🤍 And to top it off, there's still a booklet with an indication of everything you have to do nearby: restaurants, surf lessons, pilates, best place to buy a bikini... I definitely recommend it and intend to return!

The house is simple but very clean, well cared for and equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay. The housekeepers, as well as the host, were always very helpful and friendly. It is very close to the beach, as well as markets, bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants. I recommend it.
