Vacation rentals with a home theater in iLembe District Municipality

The place was absolutely beautiful, I loved it😀 I loved the fact that the mall is so close it wasn’t a hustle at all going to the grocery stores. I enjoyed the pool😁 the view was relaxing. The Wi-Fi and Netflix got me hooked😅 The communication from the host was top tier, I love it, I love it, I love it. Definitely coming back next time.😊💐

It was a beautiful place and I had a wonderful time!! Good location, comfortable and everything you need.

Overall a great stay, very safe and secure. Kitchen had everything you would need. Lots of windows in the lounge/kitchen area so kept the place cool. Lots of amenities available which is great. Close to the mall and beach a short drive as well. One thing I think could do with some attention, is the dinning table, the legs where wobbly and we notice by 1 leg there was glue to hold it, but it wasn't stuck probably so that leg came loose from the table completely. Because it was so unstable we didn't use it just incase.

An amazing apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment was light, bright, clean and spacious, with a super generous patio area that was like having another room! The kitchen was fully equipped, the WiFi fast and the bed super comfy. It’s incredibly close the Ballito Lifestyle Centre – which has all the shops/bars/restaurants you could want and a short drive from the beach/promenade. The apartment is in a lovely gated complex with great onsite amenities, including a pool, gym, Padel court and restaurant/café – which we made lots of use of. Communication with Candy was excellent. She was super responsive, friendly, informative and being offered a later checkout was perfect; she couldn’t have been any more accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend staying here to anyone planning to visit Ballito. It was perfect and we hope to return!

The apartment is at a great location, you could even walk to the mall if you wanted too. The facilities at complex where great, having access to the pool, gym and cinema! At night you can hear the frogs and other life chirping away, which was great! Chanique was excellent at communicating! When staying at a complex with good security, you need to just be patient when getting through, the guards do their best at getting people through in a timely manner..

We stayed in Silvia’s apartment for four weeks, and would have happily stayed for longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well suited for a family with kids. Pleasant surroundings and views. The estate is well maintained and felt very safe. Silva and her co-host helped us a lot with questions and practicalities. We had a great time and have no hesitation in recommending Silvia’s place to others.

It’s a good place to stay

Lovely unit in the Balwin Ballito Hills estate. Everything was on point and almost felt like home away from home. Smart home control by Alexa took some getting used to, but fun and convenient to use. Unit has everything to ensure a good long or short term stay. Domestic came in twice a week. Even helped with personal laundry. Security is tight and access control took some effort to get working but once set up properly worked effectively. We made good use of the estate pool, cafe, padel courts. Owner was easy to deal with and he responded timely when texted. Will definitely return if required.
