Leigh’s home is wonderful, spacious and beautifully decorated. The view from the deck into the the forest was so serene and peaceful. Leigh was a perfect host. She responded promptly thought our booking. Location of the property was perfect, close to shops and lots to do in the area for families. Thuli, the housekeeper was such a help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Leigh’s and would definitely book again.

We had never stayed in an Airbnb property before and so had no idea what to expect. However, The Lilypad surpassed anything we could have imagined. The house itself was beautiful and much bigger than it seemed in the photos and Derrick and Margi are the perfect hosts. The house is spacious and very well equipped. Even the monkeys turned up to watch us eating lunch in the garden one day. It was like a wildlife documentary in reverse! We could not believe their generosity in taking our children to the airport at 5.30am after we left! If all Airbnb properties and hosts are all like this then we are hooked. We had the most wonderful experience. The home was immaculate and the setting beautiful. It is situated in an estate with a excellent restaurant. It is near to many restaurants as well as the beach. The owner is extremely helpful and very professional. Highly recommended.

The location, the view of the beach was exceptional, it was clean and packed up with all the essentials we needed, my family and I loved everything about the place, I highly recommend it.

Kimber and Byron were fantastic hosts, great on communication without any delay. The house was as described, the outside area was great for the kids to play. The pool safely secured with a net so kids played outside without a worry. Pool itself was nice and refreshing. We felt safe within Simbithi while still feeling we had our own private place amongst nature.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location. It was a quaint home with all you need. Spacious, soft touches for esthetically pleasing comfort. Large pool, beautiful short walkway to the beach. Home is surrounded by peaceful nature. We were so impressed with the catetaker Ntombi, always taking care of our needs. Definitely worth it for a beach holiday home in Zinkwazi.

Aleks is an awesome host, she thinks of all the small things that we will need, that's what made our stay great, we felt very much at home. The only downside to this beautiful home is the driveway, it's very narrow and steep and a challenge to get up. Our stay was really really great, thank you Aleks...

Sublime location with wonderful sea views! We had a really super time away!

What can I say except WOW! Started off the day watching the sun rise over the ocean while enjoys a wonderful cup of tea on the two chairs dedicated to Nono and Maxime. We could then walk down to Thompson Bay beach directly from the garden. When a day in the waves was over, a short walk up the steps to the outdoor shower by the pool for a quick dip then a quick braai on the amazing stainless steel braai by the pool. To end it all, going to sleep with the doors open listening to the waves crashing all night! And in the morning, Elizabeth was there to sort out our messy dishes and Russel washed off all the kids beach toys…. I can’t recommend the place enough and hope to be back next year. Thank you Denise and team, truly amazing trip xx

Spectacular, from the location, the views, the beach access, space, and amenities, this place is heaven for those looking for a quiet, private breakaway to a pristine area just off the M4. Also close enough to Ballito for shopping. The house is perfect for families wanting to relax and enjoy the view, and really does have all you need. Debra was also an excellent host, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying here. The apartment has lots of space, is clean and comfortable. Karin is a friendly and helpful host. The balconies are lovely and we saw the monkey family who live in the area. would recommend if you don't like soulless resorts, like us and instead would prefer the trees and wildlife

Ashley was a wonderful host, very helpful and good communication! The house was great had everything you needed and the open plan lives so well! Only downside there was only AC in the main bedroom but all rooms had fans. We loved our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at B’Lenghi, beautiful surroundings, spacious, clean and we felt safe. Instructions with regards to alarms/remote gave us anxiety at first but after the first night we all knew what to do to ensure our safety. Will definitely book again and Ian communicated with us quite quickly and even allowed us to stay a bit later after checkout which helped us make more memories with family we won’t see for a while. Highly recommend Ian’s place.

Perfect spot for a relaxed beach holiday. Zinkwazi Beach may not have the glamour and easy amenities of some of the other KZN North Coast beach spots, but for sheer relaxation and laid back charm it won't be easily beaten. It has a long walkable and swimmable beach, lovely walks through the coastal forest reserve, beautiful sunsets and friendly locals. we enjoyed a great week with Tanya as our host. Enjoyed the location of the house - easy walking distance to the main beach and ski boat club bar and eatery, and it had the benefit of a lovely patio and swimming pool for when the wind comes up and the beach is not the place to be. A very enjoyable week, and we can fully recommend both Tanya as a host, and her house as the perfect beach getaway.

Lindy’s home was an incredible haven for our weekend away: it felt like home from the start. Immaculately clean, and with beautiful sea and forest views - it’s a tranquil refuge that we’ll certainly return to. Cannot recommend enough and we will certainly be back.

Just as previous comments mentioned, the pictures are great but they almost don’t do the property justice. We had an amazing stay, the views, the property, and the location were amazing! The private beach access with a beautiful beach surpassed our expectations. Kathryn (the owner) and Noelle (property manager) were very responsive and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

This house is absolutely stunning! It was a delight to find that it looked exactly like the pictures – no surprises there. From the moment we walked in, it felt so warm and welcoming, truly a perfect retreat. We're already planning our return and would wholeheartedly recommend it as a fantastic family home for any holidays.
