Monthly Rentals in Île Seguin

I had a comfortable stay here. the area is quiet and residential, and a 10 minute walk away from the train station.

This is the second time that I stayed with Stan. I completely recommend it. The place has good transportation around, close to Paris and nice neighbourhood. The apartment is the same as in the picture with a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook some times and is clean. Stan is great as a host, we did not have any problem of communication. He replied fast any questions and doubts that you could have.

My first time doing an airbnb was great. The host is always responsive and the apartment has all that you need. Also, the neighborhood is very safe and beautiful with easy access to Paris.

The place is comfortable and the description is accurate. Despite being on the outskirts of Paris, the metro is a 3 min walk and easily accessible. It is also located on a quiet street. WenJing was very responsive, I asked for an extra pair of bedsheets and she offered to bring some right away. She was also flexible for check-in/out, which made the whole process smooth. Would recommend for long term stays.
