Monthly Rentals in Île Saint-Louis

This apartment was fantastic! It is in a great location - a ten minute walk to the Notre Dame. There is a Carrefour Express only one block away. There are lots of restaurants and cafes just outside the front door. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. While Parisien apartments in general are small, this apartment has plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing in Paris. The host was very responsive and checked in with us to see there was anything we needed. We would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris.

This apartment is a bit quirky with a bit of a steep stairs up to the bedroom and a low ceiling in part of the bathroom but the apartment is such a cozy, comfortable place to be. The location is amazing - if you’ve never stayed at Île St Louis, you must stay here! Dante met us at the apartment, walked us through all of the features and took the time to tell us where the best places to- including restaurants- were on the island. Next time we’re in Paris, we will definitely stay here again!!

As expected from the reviews the apartment was compact but very well designed . Although sharing with 21 year old grandson the layout provided some degree of privacy for us both. Very clean. Better equipped than expected, including toiletries, hairdryer, travel socket adaptor. All good quality fittings including beds and bed linen. Sofa bed was comfortable enough for 6 foot grandson. Fantastic location, quiet but near everything. Great little Vietnamese restaurant next door if you love Pho! Slight issue if like us, you like dark rooms at night - the curtaining was not great with none over the top level of windows so street lighting and natural light shone through. We managed to cover with towels and I had an eye mask. Also thought the check in time - 16.00 hrs was a bit late and the listing was confusing on this suggesting 15.00 hrs at one point. However it’s a really super little place to stay and we had a great time . Very responsive hosts , quick and very helpful .

What a great gem in Paris! Host (David) was very kind, responsive and helpful. I would rather keep this place in my pocket for the future and not disclose it 😄, but it’s really one of a kind and I’m greatly recommending it for a family or a romantic stay… Can’t wait to go back!
