This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of old Saumur, but incredibly quiet and peaceful. Everything you need to self cater in the kitchen, with an excellent layout and comfortable bed too. Despite temperatures of 30c it was possible to keep the rooms cool due to the old stone walls and shutters. Karolyn was especially helpful when we had difficulties with the internet. The only slight problem might be if you have a lot of luggage to carry from the street through the courtyard into the apartment. We hope to return!

Great stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and richly decorated renovated apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and at the foot of the castle. Jehan was attentive and very responsive.
