You will have an equipped kitchen, sitting area, mezzanine sleeping area and large wooden terrace. The entrance is on the street side by an interior staircase.

Au deuxième et dernier étage d’une petite résidence vous trouverez un séjour baigné de soleil entièrement équipé et aménagé, une chambre en duplex avec coin bureau et rangement,une salle de bains rénovée, un wc séparé, un balcon exposé sud - sud ouest pour profiter un maximum du soleil, et d’une place de parking.

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

Mini hammam in the shower, 2x spa bath (which replaces the Nordic bath in photo 1), 5.1 home theater in the room. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost.
