Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Île-de-France

We had a great time At Arnaud’s place. He was very helpful from the first moment, very flexible in letting us arrive to leave our luggage earlier in the day. Apartment was luminous, quiet, comfortable. Lovely kitchen with good utensils and some lovely cookbooks. Very well located near lots of good restaurants, right next to the Bastille market, near Le Marais, and many metro lines that made it easy to get everywhere. It is a fifth floor walk up but we did not find this problematic. We had a lovely time discovering this part of Paris we hadn’t been to before. It was Easter, and Arnaud kindly stopped by and left us a chocolate bunny we much enjoyed. Thanks Arnaud!

This place was perfect for our Paris trip, location is everything and this place has it! Close to a metro, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Everything me, my partner and sister needed for our stay. The host is very responsive and clearly has done this many times, check in was super easy as was checkout. Would 100% recommend

We had an amazing time at Mathieu’s place. The unspoken view of Montmartre in the apartment’s stairwell is also breathtaking and worth mentioning, especially when it was sunny! The apartment looks just like the pictures and has every amenity you can need! The bed is large and super comfortable but kitchen is the standout; it is absolutely beautiful. Mathieu was very friendly and responsive with us, to which we were very grateful and despite the apartment’s nearest metro being Goncourt, it is only about a 5 minute walk from République too, which is extremely well connected for the areas we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay again and were also super grateful to have been given a flexible check out time to align with our train to leave Paris. Vraiment merci bcp!! 😊❤️

This is hands down the best Airbnb I've ever been to! The location couldn't be better: with a 10 minute walk you get to the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is wonderful, it is VERY cozy and clean. Alexandra is an amazing host and helped us the very few times we needed something. It was worth every cent! I hope to be back there as soon as I can!

We stayed at Charles’ place for the Olympics and was a great decision! The apartment is close to all attractions and venues in Paris and is only 5 minutes away from a train station that gets you right into central Paris!! The apartment had all amenities for our stay and felt right at home. The local area also has nice restaurants and pubs. Charles was always very responsive and he also arranged for me a flexible checkout time!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a cosy place in Paris!!!!

The apartment is located in a beautiful new development area. Surrounded by many small shops and a supermarket. In addition, the apartment offers almost direct access to public transport. Unfortunately, the elevator failed, which is why the departure from the 5th floor was quite strenuous. Wahab was always easily accessible and responded to me quickly:). My trip to Paris was my first Airbnb experience and it was really great.

We rented this place for a family weekend. Everything was perfect. We were 8 adults. The living room is very nice The kitchen is well equipped . Other amenities are as described Bedding, bathrooms, and The house is very clean. Congratulations! We highly recommend this rental.

Bernard and his wife are very helpful and accommodating. The garden around the house is very well maintained, the house is very clean. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Sandra's house for two days, the house is impressive, it had everything, large beds and very comfortable mattresses, there were large washers and dryers, they had towels, coffee machines, it was better than a hotel !!! Without a doubt, Sandra was very kind from the beginning and communication with her was excellent, she was always aware of our arrival, which was quite late!! We were a group of 13 people and it was honestly a wonderful experience!! If I go back to Paris or Disney, I would definitely love to stay at Sandra's house again. I recommend it to the maximum!

Although we were unable to meet Emilie in person, she was always attentive and available for any questions or situations. The house is very cozy, spacious and tastefully decorated, taking care of every detail to make you feel at home, I think it is nicer in person than in the photos. It also has a laundry room and access to a private park, making it even more comfortable for extended stays. The surroundings are very quiet and perfect for resting, without being far from the center of Paris. A few meters away there is a bus stop that takes you directly to the train station, which makes getting around much easier. The garden is a great plus: spacious, with lots of greenery, rocking chairs to relax and an ideal barbecue to enjoy the outdoors. Everything invites you to stay longer. I would definitely recommend this place and come back without any hesitation.

The house is absolutely amazing. The location is very nice, close to the transportation, to the grocery stores and to the park. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of stuff, so we felt us very comfortable with the babies. There are plenty of games and toys for the kids. The beds were also very comfortable, so we had a great night rest after the long walks in Paris. I liked very charming backyard and quietness of the house. I am very grateful to Taous as he helped us a lot with our luggage on the last day. It was a great pleasure to communicate with him. I highly recommend his house!

Our stay at Olivia & Dom's place went wonderfully well. The space is impeccable. Very clean, charming, easily accessible by metro and tram from Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with the ability to park a vehicle easily. Shops nearby. The garden and spacious terrace are pleasant. Perfect for a large family.

Had a great stay in Paris, this small cottage was very cozy and great to share on a friends trip to paris, would work great for a family as well! the area was really safe and walking distance from all touristic places! Would definitely stay there again :)) keep in mind that the restroom does not fully close which was the only downside when it’s a bigger group.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Great stay in Roussy. Was great to have an extra washroom and the sofa bed was the most comfortable of all 5 places we stayed in Europe. Also appreciated the bottled water and treats upon arrival. Was so welcome after a long day travelling. Nice little village with lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!

The apartment is incredibly spacious and beautifully remodeled to make it very modern and up to date. The large living room was a great gathering place for our family. The kitchen is also nice and large with updated amenities. Bedi’s was extremely helpful and responsive to us. My family voted this living unit to be one of the highlights of our Paris vacation! It is in a great location with nearby metro stops and many Paris tourist spots within walking distance. And several delicious bakeries (and many restaurants) all within a block or two.
