Ideally located, quiet and tranquil, the terrace offers you an air of holiday and rest, not to mention the possibility of planchas or grilling in the summer. Sun loungers included.

Nice peaceful and central two-room apartment with garden view close to Place de la Nation, shops, restaurants and bars and cinema and 5 metro and RER lines. The bedroom is equipped with a large clothing rack. The living room is very cozy, includes a sofa bed and the equipped kitchen is separate and fully equipped. Small bathroom, separate toilet and entrance. the building is quiet and cool in summer. This is the apartment I live in and we are very good and quiet.
