Nice beachfront apartment, located near the charming Port de Baden (Port Blanc). In a quiet and relaxing location, this peaceful retreat will appeal to beach, boating and walking enthusiasts. You can reach Île-aux-Moines quickly, the pier is a 5-min walk. The accommodation is new, and very well-equipped. A private entrance allows you to be completely independent, as well as for the terrace. A sea view is available from the Velux windows.

On 6500 m² of wooded land, charm and authenticity of a renovated old property with sea view, veranda, fireplace and direct private access to the sea. Renovation work autumn 2021: comfort and elegance. Calmness assured. Resourcing in the nature. A second non-renovated building allows to extend the capacity of reception on the same property: a bedroom, a shower room, toilet, kitchenette and small living room.

This family accommodation is close to all sites and amenities. 10 minutes' walk to the beach. 12 minutes to the village. 15 minutes to the port. 5 minutes to the supermarket (200 m) Warning: family, residential neighborhood. The houses are very close together. The neighbors must not be disturbed. No parties allowed Total respect for the neighborhood and above all, no noise after 10pm outdoors.

Charming little apartment facing the gulf

Charming accommodation with its small terrace where you will enjoy breakfast facing the rising sun and a view of the Gulf. You will only have a few minutes on foot to go take your sea bath and feast in the creperies and restaurants very close by. Not to mention the coastal path (full tower 24 kms) on which you will appreciate the beauty of this pearl of the Gulf.

Ideal for 10 people. Quiet, but close to everything, our 130 m2 villa surrounded by a 1700 m2 walled garden, offers privacy, well-being and comfort. Right on the water, you have direct access to the beach. The 180° sea view is exceptional. You are a 15-minute walk to the Port and a 5-minute walk to the town center. Settle in, disconnect, and enjoy!
