Monthly Rentals in Île aux Cygnes

I just left Paris after staying a month at this amazing apartment. I’m almost reluctant to leave a good review because I don’t want it to not be available when I want it next it was the perfect stay. The apartment is in the 15th, which is a very residential neighborhood. It is just what I wanted. Great shopping very close to the apartment. The metro is right on the corner or line 10. But line 8 is within a five minute walking the grocery stores are right around the corner , and on both corner are terrific pastry shops. Below the apartment is an Italian pizza place that is to die for. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need. I absolutely loved it. Justine was amazing. I only met her when I checked in and she helped me up the stairs with my luggage. We communicated by text, but I did not need anything from her for the entire month that I was there. Everything is completely completely new in this apartment down to the nail clippers in the bathroom lol.

we booked this apartment for an average duration based on good reviews, and we were not disappointed. everything is as described, the contact with Gokhan and easy and very fast, and the apartment completely met our expectations. The location is perfect. we recommend.

We had a great time in the apartment! Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed, from clean towels and linen, to pots and pans, to cleaning products. Also, the view is fantastic, but that goes without saying. Olivier was a great host, very communicative. Overall, 10/10!

Nicolas’ place was great, there was attention to detail for little things, and everything needed for a long stay, and most important of all very peaceful and quiet area/neighbors. The location is also amazing, one block off the river Seine, bridges that offer stunning vistas of the river, and if you go west, away from the center, the beautiful areas around the 16th arr. are a relatively quiet part of Paris in my experience, maintaining their distance and aloofness by sitting behind/above the Eiffel Tower and overlooking Paris like an outsider from a peaceful, lofty northwest corner, while still being fully apart of it. Nicolas was a kind, responsible, respectful host, unlike the crazy person who I stayed 2 days at before this, supposed to be a long stay, after they told me “5 minute showers are too long”, and this “isn’t a gym”, and then left me a poor review after I left and got a full refund. No idea how people like that are even allowed on here, let alone why they even want to be.
