Monthly Rentals in Ikeda

Ty's place was perfect for me: just a few minutes away from the Monorail and then the Osaka University Toyonaka Campus, it was the ideal solution to minimize commuting in a very busy and crowded area. Hotarugaike Hankyu station comes with its many convenience stores and food markets, where I could shop daily and come back to Ty's apartment and prepare some dinner. The apartment is very nice and clean and easy to handle. Wi-fi excellent and so heating. Only thing, I was not able to tackle directly the garbage management, apparently rather complex also for locals, and had to rely on the Ty's and co-hosts' kindness and help on that matter. I didn't particularly matter the hustle and bustle of the many Hankyu trains coming and going also late in the evening, but some people may do. For me it was a great experience, and I hope, should my working engagements bring me back to Osaka Daigaku, to have another few days over there.

Yuriko’s place is fantastic! A short walk or taxi ride from Itami Airport. Despite its proximity to the airport, I didn’t notice any plane noise. Perfect place for a family, a couple, or even a solo traveller to rest up during their trip. From the time you step in the house, you will notice yuriko’s attention to details to ensure your comfortable stay, including a variety of high quality food/snacks/drinks AND beauty products! Yuriko is a professional esthetician. So u can ask her professional services with fee. But if you are not interested, there is absolutely no pressure. So I highly recommend this place for every traveler who is in the Itami area!

This is a wonderful, peaceful home in quiet, elegant Minoh. It was a fantastic location, near to gorgeous Minoh Park, with Osaka-Umeda an easy train ride away. It's located right by the Old Saigoku Kaido--one of the ancient highways; awesome walk -- look for it on Google Maps, because it isn't marked right there. The home is new and spotlessly clean, and it has a large tatami room, which is a real treat for sleeping in. The location is against the train tracks, and you do hear the trains, but there are double windows, and the bedrooms are on the side away from the tracks. We were wondering how it would be before we went, but it didn't bother us at all. We slept really well. Everything was very easy -- easy check-in, quick (near-real-time) responsiveness when a window cover came loose and was making a banging noise in the wind. The host was very thoughtful and efficient. Hankyu train access is super convenient -- 5-min walk. I was sad to leave and hope to go back again.

The apartment was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything I needed for my extended stay. I particularly appreciated your immediate responses and helpful assistance with all my urgent inquiries. Your list of local attractions was handy. I rank you in the top 2 percentile, as I know it. The location was perfect for exploring Settsu, close to Banpaku Expo, just twenty minutes from Umeda, and forty minutes from Kyoto. There are plenty of excellent eateries and supermarkets nearby. Many people don’t know that Expo City is within walking distance; I did not need to go to Osaka or Kyoto to go shopping. Most of all, I felt right at home. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here again! Your place is my second home.
