Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohlgefühlt und die Tage auf dem Hausboot sehr genossen!

We had a lovely time on Peter's houseboat. The location is great. Only a 15 minute walk to the station and the center yet incredibly peaceful. Everything we needed was available and we enjoyed the first rays of the spring sun on the dock in front of the houseboat. The daily visit from a group of geese was quite the highlight for our little boy. Peter welcomed us when we first arrived and was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. We explored the corners of Utrecht and beyond with the bike and can only recommend this lovely city. So many beautiful historic buildings, lovely canals and quaint little cafes and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

I cannot recommend this boat enough. I wish I was back there right now! What a lovely surprise that it's even better than the photos. Extremely clean, excellent finish, very unique and an overall beautiful space. Location is lovely, a short walk to everything and easy tram access if you don't feel like walking. Leaving the best till last... Sietske is a wonderful and kind host. She couldn't do enough for us and made us feel extremely welcome. Thank you so much for helping make a big birthday even more special!!

We had a wonderful time at Anouk's houseboat. I was debating before booking if I should rather stay in the city but it was totally worth a train ride from Amsterdam Centraal to be in the nature. The grocery store is 3 minute bike ride so we could easily get things to cook and fix up a pasta dinner with a bottle of wine when we were tired of eating out and rather just wanted to relax watching the ducks and water lilies on the canal. The access was so private we didn't hear any traffic or other people. After all day walking around in Amsterdam full of tourists it was a nice way to close the day. My teenage kids really loved pausing and taking photos on the boat with beautiful water background to brag about to their friends later. One surprise was Zaanse Schans was so close. We rode bikes there and it was super easy. Beautiful brick streets and watching a boat goes under a drawbridge made it even more enjoyable.

If you're looking for a calm location and a place to truly call home for a few days this is a perfect spot! It was a quick drive to a train with ample parking to get into Amsterdam. Marie Louise was an amazing host, very helpful and kind.

A beautiful and serene place on the river, minutes walk from Arnhem city center. Marco kindly welcomed me to his houseboat – such a unique and comfortable place to stay! Spotlessly clean, cosy, comfy bed/bedding, quiet and peaceful, a slice of nature so close to the center but away from the noise. Nice walks along the river. A good night’s sleep. This is a gem of a place hosted by good people. Highly recommended.

Great space, great host! Hadewych was so responsive and helpful. I just loved the charm of the boat, it was a really neat experience! The bed was SO comfortable, I slept wonderfully. I do wish the couch was more comfortable though, was not conducive to getting comfy after a long day out exploring. It is an older boat so smells a bit musty and a few cobwebs in the chandelier, but you are able to open the windows and get the fresh air in which is very nice. Kitchen was well equipped, just didn't have a freezer which I wanted to store ice and ice cream etc. Had a problem with the pump but Hadewych was quick to remedy the situation. The location was superb - there was a fantastic grocery right around the corner (the produce is delicious!!), a lot of restaurants, cafes, etc. Overall a really great experience that I will cherish!

Fantastic place. So many cosy cubby holes and straight onto a floating pontoon with swans and ducks floating by. Easy walk to the free(!) ferry across the river to the centre of Amsterdam.

Absolut geniales Hausboot. Super-schön eingerichtet - sehr modern - mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es war blitzsauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und das Leben auf dem Hausboot sehr genossen (eine tolle Erfahrung). Zum Boot gehört ein SUP, das wir trotz der Jahreszeit ausprobiert haben. Im und um das Boot ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man fast mittendrin - es sind nur wenige Meter in den eigentlichen Ort. Richtig klasse: der Supermarkt liegt direkt gegenüber. Anita und Diedert sind tolle und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, die wir zwar nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben aber die Kommunikation mit ihnen lief hervorragend. Wir würden gerne mal wiederkommen.

We were so lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful place! The beds were comfy, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful... it was a lovely escape from the busy, city-center. We LOVED the use of the kitchen and the deck just off the kitchen. Hein was so good to have bikes available for us. There is little available directly near the home but a 10 minute bike ride along the lovely road and over the bridge gets you to all you could want. We were sad to leave our Amsterdam home and will hope Hein's home is available when we return.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende bei Justin. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und alles war sehr sauber. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man gut Ausflüge nach Leiden, Den Haag oder ans Meer machen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr privat und ruhig. Justin hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und war flexibel bei Check-In und Check-Out Zeiten. Ich werde die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen! 😊

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Man braucht so gut wie gar nichts mitbringen . Es ist alles vorhanden. Der Check In war völlig problemlos , denn Patrick der Verwalter war gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und würden auch nochmals wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Tipp an alle Angler. Angelruten mitnehmen ! Von 10 🌟 vergeben wir 11 . Danke für die schöne Zeit

Fern’s houseboat was AMAZING! Hands down my favorite Airbnb ever. Interior was beautiful and well kept. Location was close to so many shops, restaurants and the tram. Fern was very helpful and always responsive. Pepper was easily my favorite part of the stay though 😊 🐈‍⬛ ❤️

Es war wieder einmal einfach herrlich bei euch auf dem Hausboot. Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal da und bestimmt auch nicht zum letzten Mal. Einfach rundum zu empfehlen und wunderschön.

Our stay at Claire’s place was nothing short of magical. The location is hard to beat in the heart of Jordaan, steps away from great Dutch cafes, every restaurant we ate at was within a ten minute walk, every one was fantastic. As well as minutes walk from transit. Somehow though being in the middle of everything, being on the water in this houseboat makes you feel like you’re in your own private oasis. Claire has great taste, her home is designed impeccably, with one of the major highlights being the record player, listening to classics like the Beatles, Bowie, The Doors while sitting on the back porch taking in the incredible view of the canal. Bonus was the most efficient washer dryer I used during my 3 week stay in Europe and the large dishwasher. Had we stayed longer, we would have cooked, there was a fully stocked Chefs kitchen. Thanks for the perfect end to our adventure!

De boot is een ideale verblijfplaats als je Amsterdam wilt verkennen (metro op 5 min). Alles wat je nodig hebt om comfortabel te verblijven is aanwezig: handdoeken, glaswerk, pannen, koffiecups, etc..(de lijst bij de advertentie is al lang maar er kan nog meer bij zelfs ;-) Host Tymen was gemakkelijk te bereiken en had goede tip mbt parkeren van de auto. We komen graag nog een keer terug!

Reinouds Unterkunft ist ein schönes Refugium, um sich ein Wochenende zu entspannen! Sehr schöne Umgebung, idyllischer Yachthaven vor dem Haus, Ausstattung absolut ausreichend (toll, dass nicht nur wenige abgezählte Geschirrstücke vorhanden waren), WLAN stabil, Betten bequem. Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit!

We had a great time staying at the houseboat. It‘s a fun experience to be right on the water, and centrally located to many of the city’s destinations!

Heerlijk weekend doorgebracht op de Karma. Een aanrader. Schoon en een hele fijne locatie om te zijn. Het fornuis werkte niet helemaal goed, (vlam ging steeds uit) maar na wat volhouden en schuiven met de pitten prima. Verder miste we een kaasschaaf en wat afwasmiddel. Dat was dan ook het enige, voor de rest uitstekend. Er lagen verse eitjes klaar bij uitkomst, schoon beddengoed en handdoeken. Helemaal super. 😊

Ein tolles, super sauberes Hausboot. Wir waren als Familie dort und ich kann es absolut weiterempfehlen. Der Blick aufs Wasser ist traumhaft! Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei, damit ist man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Ebenso ist ein Spar Markt mit den Rädern direkt erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt auf dem schönen und sehr gut gelegenen Hausboot von Ayla & Jake. Das Boot war genau wie beschrieben, alles war sehr sauber. Die zwei legen viel Wert darauf, dass Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns besonders gefreut, dass alles schön vorbereitet war, sogar mit einer kleinen Schokolade auf dem Kopfkissen. Es waren auch ein paar Getränke und Snacks vorhanden, wir mussten einfach nur „einziehen“ und konnten den Ausflug nach Amsterdam starten. Obwohl wir die beiden leider nicht persönlich kennenlernen konnten, waren wir die ganze Zeit in Kontakt, Jake hat sich immer wieder gemeldet und Unterstützung angeboten falls notwenig. Unsere Zusammenfassung: Gerne wieder, können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Our stay at the Tiny House Boat was just perfect for our time in Amsterdam. In such a beautiful location, in was incredible peaceful & tranquil whilst still being able to easily access the central city via bus/train. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for when we return to Amsterdam, thank you Leendert & team!
