House was really nice and clean, you will get everything what you need + parking. I liked location, it was quiet and peaceful there. several farms nearby. really liked the children's playground and the unicorn-goat in the animal ground). Special thanks for your patience and help with check-in, as my family and I were traveling from the Czech Republic, our arrival was very late. a very good place for those who want to take a break from the big city

Accurate listing photos and description! The welcome was very warm and above all flexible, just call Gerrit 10 min before you arrive! We were 6 friends and had a nice stay, very short, but enough to enjoy it! The beach is about a 15-minute walk away and the campsite was very very quiet, we didn't hear a sound during the stay. The cabin is one of the most remote without a close neighbor! Amsterdam is just a 30-minute drive away The only downside I can criticize is that it was indicated that there was everything available in the bathroom, unfortunately there was no shower gel, fortunately we had some and there is a supermarket at the entrance of the campsite! We stayed at Chantal's house with our two-year-old daughter and had a great time. The house is very cozy and with everything you need. In the garden you can relax and play. The planes can be heard, but it didn't bother us. We rented bikes and did many nice tours in the area. The staff at the park were also very friendly and there were great play opportunities for our daughter there. Chantal also provides many ideas for excursions. We highly recommend Chantal's house! :)

Quiet homey and cozy cute place that has everything you need. Annette provided things that a traveller would need. The garden is nice to chill with the birds chirping.

The chalet is very privately located on the campsite. It is a nice thing that you can do activities on the campsite, such as the swimming pool, play paradise and restaurant with terrace. And next door can relax and chill in the chalet. For children, there is a lot of fun to do in the area, such as the sea aquarium, the climbing dune, the beach of course and the land of velvet is also highly recommended. Furthermore, it was nice that the chalet had a Chromecast, so the children could watch videos when needed. We also barbecued, which was also nice.

We had a great time in this new, clean and very well maintained home. The campsite is quiet, secure, ideal for relaxing. Peter and his wife are very friendly, available and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this place, we'll be happy to come back!

My husband and I traveled with our four children, ages 8, 5, 3, and 11 months. This home was a paradise for them. The older kids loved the bunk beds and never had a shortage of toys and games to occupy their time. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the ducks and boats go by, and the cargo bike was so useful. The directions for check in were very clear, but I still don’t recommend doing it after dark. We had a little difficulty finding everything when we arrived. After that it was no problem. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Overall a great stay! Host was very nice and immediately available. The home is just as described. Very clean and beautiful! Everything is fine!

We truly enjoyed having a lovely appartment along the canal and a terrace to enjoy it. Ton is a very friendly and rapidly responding person, who showed us the appartment upon arrival. The appartment is just a few minutes walk from the city centre, lovely restaurants and shops are nearby. Parking in Utrecht is expensive, but Ton showed us the nearest and cheapest at just a 10 minute walk (Vaartse Rijn). We hope to be back!

We were quite happy during hour stay. Our host was quite helpful and hot tub with that view was an amazing experience!

We had a great time at Inge and Guido's, the apartment is in a great location, and the view of the fields is great, hares, ducks, geese, storks, herons,...no need to turn on the TV with this view! Only downside, the passage of the planes, we were unlucky and we heard them all week, it was not inconvenient during the day but a little more at night, remember to take your earplugs in case they passed over the accommodation:)

This beautiful chalet is the perfect base for those looking for peace and quiet and want to enjoy the beautiful nature and beautiful towns in the area. Here you can hike and bike beautifully. The house was equipped with all comforts and amenities, we did not lack anything! Highly recommended, here they will see us again!

We were there with four adults and felt very comfortable. It was very clean and tidy. We also liked the area. The park was quiet and through the dunes you can walk directly to Paal17 within 20 minutes. We will be happy to come back! :-)

It was our first stay at this property and arrival, as well as check-in were straightforward and quick. Everything was clean and appropriately furnished. Since we arrived in the low season, everything was very empty and private in our area, which we really liked. The campsite itself is one of the most beautiful and comfortable we have ever experienced. A nice restaurant, a boat and bike rental are included and a great swimming pool with slides and play area. We had a great week and definitely want to come back. The house in the back of the garden is simply wonderful. Large living room,TV only in Dutch and English, if you absolutely need it, the bathroom with bath and shower, bedroom with very comfortable beds and two small rooms one of which is suitable with bed for adults. Other rooms with bunk bed rather intended for children, but we did not use them. Mosquito nets are available in each window, which is super important because a small stream flows right next to it. In addition, very large garden with plenty of space for any activities. Kitchen fully equipped, also with dishwasher and even tabs. It is also very nicely decorated and the owners pay a lot of attention to nature-friendly behavior, which is also important to us. The car and bicycles are right outside the door. And the best thing is the location - no neighbors far and wide, pure peace and nature! Simply perfect 🤩 Thanks again for everything 🤗

Fantastic Stay in a Cozy Beach Cottage.. After a long drive we were warmly welcomed. For the kids, there was a bag of chips and ranja ready, which they could really use after the trip. Very sweet! The cottage is very neat and nicely decorated, really a wonderful place. The beach is nearby and there are also many other beaches nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

It was great all around. For small babies who crawl, it may be suboptimal, as there is a gas heater in the living room and it gets hot, of course. But of course the owners can't do anything about that and it's just good to know. The chalet is in a great location and well maintained. In summer it is definitely beautiful as it is very green,🌳 everything is easily accessible by car and the hosts always ask if everything is OK. Highly recommended!

This cozy chalet nestled in a family owned campground only minutes from the beach called ‘Ijmuiden aan Zee’ is a real gem! It has everything you need to create a home base & to unwind, get your steps in & swim in The North Sea. The hospitable hosts were able to help us with anything from directions to the nearby bikes paths in the dunes, to bike rentals, with a shop for an array of supplies.

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and nice place to relax with your family, then this is the right place. Host responds very quickly, even offered us to arrive earlier than the scheduled time. The place is wonderful, I definitely recommend it.

All as described, a small cozy place to stay. We felt comfortable Robert was always immediately available for questions. The location is great and there is a bike you can use. We also had bicycles for the rest and everything is super quick to reach.
