Enjoy a "unique accommodation experience" that you can't find in the city, on the shore of the lake that opens up in 10 seconds on foot, with a BBQ on the private terrace with family or friends, and a walk along the lake with your dog and children. There is also "The Lake Side Cafe" on the property, where you can enjoy coffee and breakfast or lunch made with local ingredients while looking out at Lake Nojiri. Furthermore, it is about an 8-minute walk to "The Sauna", a popular sauna facility that is representative of Lake Nojiri. In summer, stand-up paddleboarding and canoeing on the lake, and cycling around the surrounding area where nature abounds.In winter, you can go to a popular ski slope located a few minutes away by car. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
