Recommended for those who want to enjoy Ikeda-cho at their leisure in early summer. As a base for sightseeing in Kamikochi and Hakuba, we welcome stays of one night or more. It is a convenient location as a base for sightseeing in Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama Kurobe.Early summer is also a great time for sightseeing in the Northern Alps.Suitable for group trips, family trips, and long-term stays. You can get here by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient in this area. If you come by train, there may not be a taxi available at the station, so we recommend planning your transportation in advance. Free pick-up and drop-off are available from Akashina Station and Shinano-Matsukawa Station.We can arrange paid transfers to and from Matsumoto Station, Nagano Station, and the Sawando Bus Terminal, among other locations. *In May, only one night is available on Monday, May 11.Please also use it as a base for sightseeing in Azumino and Hakuba in early summer.

It is a calm space with an old house motif. The living room has a large sunken kotatsu style Irori fireplace where you can enjoy meals and drinks. There is also a 4-seat counter bar. Nozawa Onsen Ski Area, Shiga Kogen, Madarao Kogen Ski Area, and Tohachi Onsen Ski Area are all nearby, making it the perfect base for winter sports. In the green season, there are eight golf courses within an hour, including the Madarao Country Club, and many day-use hot spring facilities. The owner lives on the right side of the entrance and can be contacted at any time, and understands everyday conversational English. In the green season, you can harvest fresh vegetables from our own farm at any time, and enjoy a barbecue in the garden. The garden is also spacious, so you can also enjoy a short walk. Iiyama's specialty is the famous green asparagus, which can be enjoyed from May to July, and there is also a roadside station nearby where you can enjoy fresh vegetables and delicious buckwheat.

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
