Brilliant spot to enjoy the south coast of Sardinia - large and well organised with everything you need, a lovely garden where to spend the evenings and 10 minute walk from a lovely set of beaches. My experience in this house was absolutely perfect. The house was incredibly comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make our stay extremely pleasant. The rooms were spacious and extra clean, the cozy living room, and the well-equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the garden, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, providing all the necessary information for our arrival and recommending the best places to visit nearby. She promptly answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable vacation in Sardinia.

Unforgettable stay. The villa sits in a dreamy spot in a pine forest two minutes walk from a beautiful beach, with crystal clear waters. The house is superbly equipped and provided with a comfortable roof, and furnished with great taste and attention to detail. The photos can't make the place look good. Stefano and Elisabetta are perfect hosts, very generous and available. Very highly recommended.

We loved staying in Gioia's house for a calm and relaxing family holiday. Short walking distance to the beach where one can find a selection of beach bars and restaurants for lunch or drinks during the day. Otherwise the house is lovely to hang out in and is very well equipped with everything mentioned in the description. Gioia was very friendly and welcomed us in person to show us everything in the house and to give us the instructions we needed. We would love to come back to this house.

We were there as a family of four in the fall holidays. It was wonderfully quiet, relaxing and beautiful. The temperatures were always between 22 and 25 degrees, so still perfect for swimming in the sea and beach holidays. When we left, the weather got bad. It was a great stay. The villa is located directly above one of the most beautiful beaches in the region (we checked out some) it is a sandy beach very quiet and little noise and people. There is nothing missing for cooking inventory etc. Everything a family needs. A car is recommended as it is about 10–12 minutes by car from the nearest town of Sant Antioco. But by car everything is very easy to reach. A nice cafe with good cake, fine croissants and very good gelati is in the village 15 minutes by car and is called "Profumo di Caffe" We came back ultra-relaxed and thank Emylie Sergio and Riccardo very much for the hospitality and the welcome gift "Grazie per tutti" we'd be happy to come back.

Having come to this location a few times before. This was by far the best place we stayed at. The house was well balanced for two families of 4 with air-conditioning in all the rooms and perfect amenities for the stay. Claudia and her brother were very welcoming and super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

We had an incredibly nice time with our dogs. The house beach is almost right outside the door, about 80 m. The house has a well-equipped, new kitchen with oven and dishwasher. A new bathroom with shower on the first floor and a cozy sofa area. Upstairs there were three rooms and a new, modern bathroom. The mattresses are rather soft. In the basement there is a fireplace and an additional sofa bed. Enough space for a whole family. The outdoor area offers much more than can be seen in the photos.😊 In the private laundry room (good washing machine) there is everything your heart needs for a beach vacation. There are beach chairs, parasols, a lot of beach toys for children and even snorkel sets and fins. The outdoor shower is wonderful. Maybe not so easy to see in the photos, but the heart of the house is the covered dining area with outdoor grill. All in all... We would come back, absolutely... Bring mosquito repellent.😊

Best location in Porto Pino - really close to the beach and our sailing venue. Yet extremely private and peaceful. Dani was incredibly attentive and helpful to all our needs. Will absolutely return to stay in Villa Lucia if back in Porto Pino one day.

Laura and Mattia were very helpful with tips on local beaches, restaurants… and they were also very effective in dealing with an A/C issue in our house

We loved our stay at Villa Bianca and would highly recommend to families looking for a relaxing break. The villa is beautiful with views over the countryside and out to the coast and Isola Pietro are incredible. The pool area and gardens are beautiful, the pool was super for cooling off and swimming with the kids, nice beds and great bbq area. The villa inside is well equipped and very clean, and the beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. A car is required to drive into Calasetta and Sant Antioco, also make the most of the beautiful Oasi Blu agritourismo restaurant, which is right next door to the villa! The most incredible food. Thanks to Simona and team for always being responsive and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful stay right near the beach in the south of Sardinia. The house is perfect for a larger group, well suited for children and perfectly located right near the beach. An absolute gem.

Perfect stay, the location is stunning, the kitchen in snd outdoor adorable!

We stayed with Susanna at the beginning of October with our children (2 and 5 years old), sister and grandmother. Susanna and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to us exactly. Drinks, fruits and other snacks were also ready for us. The outdoor area with lots of seating was perfect and very welcoming. The house is functional and furnished with a lot of love and offers everything you need. There are two parking options on the property, which is very large and completely fenced. The path to the beautiful beach is 3 minutes walk (with children 5 minutes). Other beautiful beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The city of Pula with various restaurants and shopping can be reached in 10 minutes by car. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend the house.

My family and I had a great vacation. The house is beautiful and doesn't lack any detail. We even had extra towels for the pool and beach. The beds are super comfortable and the pool area became our favorite place in the house :) Gabriele was an excellent host - friendly, attentive, thoughtful and very flexible with check-in. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and we arrived in the early morning. Gabriele managed to get us in and bought us basic breakfast items. 5-star service!

We had a lovely stay at Novella’s place. The house is great and the surrounding beaches and the sea is magical! I would like to return here!

This place is highly recommended! Beautiful house, loads of comfortable details, calm area, very close to the beach! Perfect to stay if you rent a car and you make this place your base or if you like to have really peaceful days in a paradise. We were friends of 9 and the house and place matched our needs to have relaxed breakfasts on the terrace, sunbathe in the garden, go for a swim in the sea, whenever you feel like and to have cosy nights talking on the terrace. Kitchen had everything you need. Even a bbq in the garden. There are enough toilets and bathrooms for a bigger group. Plenty of towels also for the beach. Paola, Nikola and family are very helpful and fantastic hosts. Very flexible and lovely people. Communication and support during the stay are provided. This makes everything easy. I really would like to return soon again. It is a marvellous place with great hosts.

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

The house is very quiet and idyllically located on an unpaved road just outside the village, which can still be reached on foot. From the house, through the large panoramic windows and from the terrace, you have a magnificent view over the beautiful landscape to the sea. The house was clean, very well equipped, spacious, modern and fully air-conditioned. Stephanie was always available, the few problems that occurred during our stay (failure of electricity and water supply after a storm) were resolved impressively quickly. We felt extremely comfortable at the place and had a great vacation.

The photos dont do the view justice. Amazing elevated location. Perfect location to head to the Chia beachs and beyond. Great wind all day with flow through doors/windows kept the place cool without needing the aircon. An excellent place to tour Sardinia from. Andrea the host was impeccable and I would airbnb with her anytime.

We had a great stay at Alessia's. Everything was as described, communication worked perfectly. The house is very nice and made with a lot of love with a great view. We enjoyed the fine, rich and varied breakfast very much. Alessia and her family showed us beautiful beaches, niches, crafts and restaurants, and our and their children had a lot of fun together fishing, swimming, etc. Thanks a lot, we'll be happy to come back!

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️
