Villa vacation rentals in Iglesias

Abbiamo soggiornato da Mario la prima settimana di settembre. Eravamo due famiglie con ragazze tra i 13 e 15 anni. La casa era estremamente pulita e arredata con molto gusto, veramente accessoriata. La casa si trova in una "comunione", così chiamate queste zone in mezzo alla pineta dove sono racchiuse da un cancello diverse ville e villette, vicinissima al mare. La zona è molto tranquilla e sicura. Il mare si trova veramente a 200 metri, ma le spiagge più belle sono nei dintorni (vedi Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla e la Tuerredda che sono a circa 15/20 minuti di auto). La spiaggia Calaverde è raggiungibile a piedi o in bici in 10 minuti. C'è un bellissimo calcetto nel portico del giardino, che è molto comodo per cenare all'aperto. Náš pobyt vo Ville Fiorenza bol skvelý. Je to naozaj nádherné, útulné a jedinečné ubytovanie s krásnou záhradou. My sme velmi citliví na spánok, ale tu boli všetky postele kvalitné s tvrdšími madracmi a spávalo sa nám úžasne. Villa Fiorenza je miesto s dobrou energiou, kde sme sa cítili naozaj velmi dobre a zažili sme dokonalú dovolenku! Určite sa sem ešte vrátime. :)

La mia esperienza in questa casa è stata assolutamente perfetta. La casa era incredibilmente confortevole, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per rendere il nostro soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Le camere erano spaziose e pulitissime, il salotto accogliente e la cucina ben attrezzata. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il giardino, un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, fornendo tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro arrivo e consigliandoci i migliori posti da visitare nei dintorni. Ha risposto prontamente a tutte le nostre domande e ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in Sardegna.

Séjour inoubliable. La villa se trouve dans un endroit de rêve dans une forêt de pin à deux minutes à pieds d’une plage bellissime, aux eaux cristallines. La maison est superbement équipée et fournie de toit confort, et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et soin pour le détail. Les photos n’arrivent pas à rendre la beauté des lieux. Stefano et Elisabetta sont des hôtes parfaits, très généreux et disponibles. Très-très recommandé.

We loved staying in Gioia's house for a calm and relaxing family holiday. Short walking distance to the beach where one can find a selection of beach bars and restaurants for lunch or drinks during the day. Otherwise the house is lovely to hang out in and is very well equipped with everything mentioned in the description. Gioia was very friendly and welcomed us in person to show us everything in the house and to give us the instructions we needed. We would love to come back to this house.

It was a great experience. We had tje beach close to the house in a quiet neighborhood with bigger cities also not that far away. The house has everything one needs, we'll visit again

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Enzo et sa femme ont été très accueillants. L'endroit est calme et pas trop loin de la plage, à 400 m à vol d'oiseau et environ 700 par le chemin. Nous avons adoré les plages aux alentours et surtout celle recommandée par Enzo : Tuerreda. Je recommande vivement cette maison aux familles comme nous qui recherchent le calme et le farniente. A bientôt peut-être !

Wir hatten eine unfassbar schöne Zeit mit unseren Hunden. Der Hausstrand ist quasi direkt vor der Tür,ca.80m. Das Haus hat eine gut ausgestattete,neue Küche mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Ein neues Badezimmer mit Dusche im EG und einer gemütlichen Sofalandschaft. Im Obergeschoss gab es drei Zimmer und ein neues,modernes Badezimmer. Die Matratzen sind eher weich. Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen Kamin und ein zusätzliches Ausziehsofa.Genug Platz für eine ganze Familie. Der Außenbereich bietet viel mehr als auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist..😊Im eigenen Waschraum(gute Waschmaschine) gibt es alles was das Herz für einen Strandurlaub benötigt. es gibt Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme,sehr viel Strandspielzeug für Kinder und sogar Schnorchelsets und Flossen. Die Außendusche ist wunderbar. Auf den Fotos vielleicht nicht so gut zu erkennen,aber mit das Herzstück des Hauses,ist die überdachte Essecke mit Außengrill. Alles in allem...Wir würden wiederkommen,unbedingt.. Mückenschutz mitbringen.😊

We loved our stay at Villa Bianca and would highly recommend to families looking for a relaxing break. The villa is beautiful with views over the countryside and out to the coast and Isola Pietro are incredible. The pool area and gardens are beautiful, the pool was super for cooling off and swimming with the kids, nice beds and great bbq area. The villa inside is well equipped and very clean, and the beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. A car is required to drive into Calasetta and Sant Antioco, also make the most of the beautiful Oasi Blu agritourismo restaurant, which is right next door to the villa! The most incredible food. Thanks to Simona and team for always being responsive and helpful.

Underbart hus för en stor familj att hyra ! Mycket fint och bra hus med trevlig trädgård och uteplats ! Ligger bara 30 meter från en helt underbar strand. Alessandro är mycket vänlig och trevlig. Svarade snabbt och kom med mängder med tips på vad man kunde hitta på. Kan varmt rekommenderas ! Vänligen Erik Linder

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Se cercate una vacanza all'insegna del relax assoluto e il contatto con la natura, Villa Clementina è l'ideale!! Posto veramente unico, la casa è ben attrezzata non manca veramente niente, dalla terrazza si ha un panorama mozzafiato con la vista sulla splendida spiaggia di Coaquaddus che si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi. Intorno la splendida vegetazione di Lentisco, Mirto; Agavi (gigantesche) e fichi d'india, essendo la posizione leggermente in collina c'è sempre una buona ventilazione. La sera il rumore del mare rilassa e concilia il sonno... Al nostro arrivo siamo statti accolti da Riccardo e Naomi che sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie e addirittura ci hanno fatto trovare un cesto di prodotti del posto. La casa è ben tenuta e pulitissima, molto comoda per noi nonostante fossimo un gruppo di 7 adulti. Sinceramente siamo statti veramente bene! Consiglio di provare a soggiornare presso Villa Clementina è un'esperienza unica già mi manca...!!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch an einer ungeteerten Straße etwas außerhalb des Ortes, den man zu Fuß trotzdem noch erreichen kann. Vom Haus aus hat man durch die großen Panoramafenster und von der Terrasse aus einen herrlichen Blick über die schöne Landschaft bis zum Meer. Das Haus war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig, modern und voll klimatisiert. Stephanie war stets erreichbar, die wenigen Probleme die während unseres Aufenthaltes aufgetreten sind (Ausfall von Strom und Wasserversorgung nach einem Sturm) wurden beeindruckend schnell behoben. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Mi familia y yo pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas. La casa es preciosa y no le falta detalle. Teníamos hasta toallas extras para la piscina y para la playa. Las camas son súper cómodas y la zona de la piscina se convirtió en nuestro lugar favorito de la casa :) Gabriele fue un anfitrión excelente - simpático, atento, detalloso y muy flexible con la llegada. Nuestro vuelo tuvo 4 horas de retraso y llegamos de madrugada. Gabriele se las ingenió para que pudiéramos entrar y nos compró cosas básicas para el desayuno. ¡Servicio 5 estrellas!

This place is highly recommended! Beautiful house, loads of comfortable details, calm area, very close to the beach! Perfect to stay if you rent a car and you make this place your base or if you like to have really peaceful days in a paradise. We were friends of 9 and the house and place matched our needs to have relaxed breakfasts on the terrace, sunbathe in the garden, go for a swim in the sea, whenever you feel like and to have cosy nights talking on the terrace. Kitchen had everything you need. Even a bbq in the garden. There are enough toilets and bathrooms for a bigger group. Plenty of towels also for the beach. Paola, Nikola and family are very helpful and fantastic hosts. Very flexible and lovely people. Communication and support during the stay are provided. This makes everything easy. I really would like to return soon again. It is a marvellous place with great hosts.

Que dire si ce n'est que le logement est magnifique. les plages de Porto Pino sont d'une beauté à couper le souffle. La communication avec Syrthe s'est très bien passé et nous avons apprécié ses recommandations forts bénéfiques. Logement mieux que les photos. On y retournera sans hésitation. Merci pour tout.

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

The photos dont do the view justice. Amazing elevated location. Perfect location to head to the Chia beachs and beyond. Great wind all day with flow through doors/windows kept the place cool without needing the aircon. An excellent place to tour Sardinia from. Andrea the host was impeccable and I would airbnb with her anytime.

We had a wonderful week at this villa in August. 34 degrees temperatures but with a nice cooling breeze every now and then….just perfect. The villa is as described and Piero is one of the nicest hosts you could meet. Always available to help and ensure everything was ok. A really nice quiet beach is a 14 minute stroll from the villa….just counted just 15 people on this beach on our last day. 10 minute drive to Nora which has my favourite beach and of course the archeological site. Possibly the most pleasant surprise was that in August, the majority of tourists appeared to be Italian so we got a real feeling of being in Italy/Sardinia rather than just another tourist hot spot. Lovely and responsive host. Place is spacious and clean. Practical in decoration, not fancy but nice environment.

An amazing house, with everything you need inside ! Franco is a great person and very friendly ! We spent a very good time there. The swimming pool is great, the rooms are clean and all equipments are included (lots of TV, AC, WIFI, washing machines, ... EVERYTHING IS HERE!) , the kitchen are fully functionnals and the barbecues are perfect ! We didn't find any negative points, as everything was perfect. Thank you very much for everything ! Don't hesitate any seconds, it's a perfect villa !

Notre séjour s'est bien passé, notre hôte Cristina a été très accueillante. Le lieu est calme et assez isolé. La maison est conforme aux photos, l'espace extérieur est grand et on a pu bien en profiter. La piscine est un plus car il a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour. Il était difficile de rafraîchir la maison, mais chaque chambre bénéficie d'un ventilateur. Pour accéder aux belles plages du sud il faut compter environ 30min. Merci encore pour votre accueil !
