Condo vacation rentals in Iglesias

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Enrico's apartment. We cannot say enough great things about how kind, helpful, and proactive they were in ensuring our stay was wonderful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding area was walkable with cafes, restaurants and key sites located nearby. Even with that said it provided a quiet oasis being just off some of the main streets and piazzas. They even provided separate towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our beach visits. Everything was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough to recommend this apartment.

Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

One of those places that doesn’t just offer accommodation, but creates memories. Everything was flawless – cleanliness, comfort, location, the hosts… but what truly sets it apart is the energy. You feel at home, yet completely pampered. We’re definitely coming back!

Apartment upon arrival was spotless. Clean and tidy, a very nice space. It was close to supermarkets and a short drive to Cagliari centre - roughly 15/20mins. Black out blinds are incredible and are truly blackout! Aircon is great in both the kitchen/living area and the bedroom, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Washer dryer is great but the dryer isn’t always an option for every item of clothing so a clothes drying rack would benefit the space, along with an iron. Great overall but a couple of small negatives, lack of kitchen knives, only one sharp steak knife and we cooked here on multiple occasions, no clothes drying rack, no iron and minimal coat hangers. Small additions to make it a real 10/10 but the apartment is super clean and tidy and in a good location. We would recommend and we’d stay again knowing what extras we mind need to bring! Alessandro was a great host and was very responsive!

I absolutely recommend this place. the location is perfect, right on the center of town with TONS of food/ drink options. The Airbnb is lovingly well appointed and host very friendly and responsive.

We spent 9 days at Raphaella's. Everything was absolutely perfect. From check-in to checkout. Raphaella was great with availability. We didn't get a chance to meet her but as soon as I asked her for advice by text, she responded immediately and in detail. Raphaella is very concerned about the well-being of her “tenants.” Her apartment is very functional, extremely clean and nothing is lacking. This is probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Thanks Raphaella!

That was one of those “once-in-a-lifetime” vacations and it all started with Marcella’s amazing place. I know the photos look exquisite but not that much—it’s even better in person! If you’re after a top-notch modern condo in Southern Sardegna with an exceptionally responsive host, Marcella’s place is the one. Highly recommended!

Good accomondation for a Good Price - would recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lisetta. A beautiful clean home located close to all amenities including the station, a very easy stay. Francesco was a great host, communicative and easy! It’s really a lovely place, modern and well maintained. Did I mention good shower pressure and super hot water, so good!!! Grazie Mille Francesco, ci vediamo la prossima Volta. We had a wonderful time in Cagliari. Alessandro’s place was perfect for 2, charming furniture, peaceful, great air conditioning. He responded quickly to messages, helping us find a supermarket locally. We found several gorgeous restaurants, all within walking distance. Excellent all around, highly recommended. The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, there were four of us and everyone had their own room. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower. The apartment is in a fairly central area and there is the possibility of parking the car for free nearby. It is equipped with everything (towels, hairdryer, even a beach umbrella). Rita is very helpful and also gave us a lot of useful information for visiting Cagliari. Highly recommended

Fantastic apartment, especially for a larger group. The location was excellent - on a beautiful tree lined boulevard and walking distance to the historic area and all the main sites. Very quiet too with double glazed windows. It was also spotless and nicely furnished/presented. Lots of thoughtful small touches. Thanks Renata, we would definitely book this apartment again.

We stayed for a month and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—thoughtfully furnished and full of natural light. We especially loved the little balconies overlooking the charming pedestrian street—it was a joy watching the local life go by. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was perfect since we cooked in almost every day. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and very responsive. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from a grocery store, bus and train stations, and the waterfront. We didn’t have a car and walked everywhere with ease. One of the highlights was being in the perfect spot to watch all the processions of The Sant’Efisio Festival—they passed right outside our door! The festival was truly the highlight of our stay. Thank you to Anna Maria and Salvatore for a wonderful experience. This apartment offers everything needed for a month stay. Excellent value and we highly recommend it!

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook yourself. Had problems with the Wi-Fi, but Patrizia responded quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

The accommodation was very good, as described. I paid a cleaning fee of €14. The room and apartment were very clean for that :) .

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!
