Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Iglesias

Josephina was very friendly and punctual. The house is on 3 floors with a space outside where you can eat and private parking space. The location is great, 3 minutes walking distance from Calasetta beach and 5 minutes on foot from downtown. Highly recommended!

Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She immediately responded to all inquiries and was very helpful with tips on dining and nearby getaways. We visited Porto Paglia in May, which is off-season and were extremely satisfied. The whole neighborhood is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and scented nature, beautiful sunsets, and absolutely empty beaches. If someone is looking for a quiet and welcoming environment right by the sea, then in May this place is absolutely great. The place is well-equipped and clean. A private parking spot is a nice bonus. Responsive hosts, courteous , no communication issues The apartment was impeccably clean! There were all the necessary kitchen utensils, of good quality; as well as dishwasher , washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms , spacious bathroom .. beach essentials; the place is in a complex , very quiet and secure a few km from the first beaches On the other hand , the apartment being on the ground floor, it is dark in the parental room, bathroom and kitchen; the bedding is a little hard but it's only my taste The garden with BBQ , table and chairs is a plus we enjoyed We recommend this property for a stay in the south near the beaches.

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment was exactly what I was looking for: clean, having breakfast every morning on the balcony. The location was perfect – Restaurants, wnkels within walking distance. Everything was well arranged and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, also gave local tips. Sardinia is magically big with lots of beautiful nature for mountain biking, hiking etc.. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. The large terrace with sea view is very nice, with a huge table for eating and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs for sunbathing or relaxing with a view of the island of San Pietro. Very convenient covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to be recommended. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to give us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

Andrea's house is in a strategic position to enjoy both the seafront and the many clubs and the upper part of the village with its beautiful and characteristic streets. Andrea, in addition to being super helpful, recommended places and beaches to visit and great places to relax with a good aperitif. She proved to be a great host. Too bad we didn't have more time for an aperitif together. Magnificent experience, Sant'Antioco and Carloforte absolutely to be toured and visited.

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

The apartment is spacious and bright with a spacious and comfortable terrace overlooking the salt pans. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Central but quiet area, a location from which you can visit the center on foot but also move easily to the beaches and the rest of the island both by car and scooter. Federico was courteous and helpful both in terms of flexibility of schedules and in providing us with directions to places and restaurants worth checking out. A week-long stay in which we felt at home. Highly recommended

We stayed for 4 days at this property and had a great time! Giacomo is a exquisite person, always available. The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort: sofa, TV, air conditioning, electric shutters, refrigerator, microwave, kettle... in short, nothing is really missing. In addition, the apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the woods of Arbus. The bathroom is modern and has a large shower stall. We had a really good time! It is not only the structure that is beautiful, but also the care and attention of those who manage it make the stay even more special. A beautiful memory, thank you!

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

The apartment looks much better than the pictures do it justice, and the terrace/balcony is also much bigger! Everything from cooking to reading on the terrace was very comfortable :) The apartment is easy to find and close to all the central parts of the little town of Pula, so even if you don't have a car you can reach it by the main bus line, and supermarkets are in walking distance. All in all I had a great time.

The accommodation is exactly as advertised and pictured, even more spacious than it seemed. Marco was always very kind and helpful and also provided us with a crib and high chair for our baby. Beautiful garden. Easy to reach the beaches of the area. Absolutely recommended
