Leonora welcomed me warmly, she is very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is spacious, in excellent condition and well equipped. Nothing is missing. Furniture and utensils are lovingly and tastefully selected. You are completely undisturbed in this magnificent natural environment, a real recovery! I'm sure I'll be back soon!

Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. The large terrace with sea view is very nice, with a huge table for eating and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs for sunbathing or relaxing with a view of the island of San Pietro. Very convenient covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to be recommended. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to give us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

We had a great stay with Cosimo. The place was exactly as described in the listing and Cosimo was a great host. Super responsive and super helpful.

Villa La Caletta is a super nice accommodation, with spacious rooms and very good facilities. The spacious outdoor area invites you to sunbathe and watch the stars in several places. A barbecue area is also available. Alberto is a great host who is always available and responds to the wishes of his customers. Our conclusion we will come back

Raffaella has restored and furnished her house in the countryside with a lot of love, including a wonderful well-kept garden that you have to yourself. A fantastic place in the hills, stargazing in the evening and breakfast in the morning under the olive tree, or shade in the kitchen, or sun loungers on a wind-protected terrace, or in the hammock, many dream beaches easily accessible by car. Everything in the house is very well maintained and thoughtful. Rafaella had worked out great tips as a file but also a current city festival that she recommended to us. You live outside, which we enjoyed very much, you have to go to the bathroom and kitchen across the courtyard, which is not a problem due to the idyllic and private location. Car is necessary as it is about 1 km from the main road, parking within the courtyard walls is perfect. We felt very comfortable, can highly recommend Raffaella and the accommodation, want to go back.

We were very lucky to be able to spend our time in Sardinia in this wonderful accommodation! The location is great – quiet and surrounded by stunning nature. The accommodation itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail. It was all sparkling clean and we felt immediately comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the spacious terrace, where we could watch the starry sky in the evening with a glass of wine. Lucia was incredibly warm and helpful. She gave us great tips and made sure we had everything we needed. It was noticeable that she attaches great importance to ensuring that her guests feel completely comfortable. We had a pleasant stay at Simone's. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and identical to the description. The outdoor setting with swimming pool and garden are appreciable. The neighborhood is quiet. A peaceful place to rest and unwind. Simone is a great host. He is very responsive and attentive. He advised us well on the beaches where to swim. He's also very generous. He offered us vegetables and he offered us a pizza evening. We had a great time with the other guests. We recommend it!

We had a great time. The apartment is about 500 meters from the center in a quiet area. It has all the comforts you need. You can eat out. There is a small garden with very comfortable armchairs. I highly recommend it, and the host is very kind.

Fabio spot had such a spectacular view of the marina beech and hills in the distance. Everything was new and fresh and arranged with taste. We really enjoyed Porto Pino for the walks, beach and surrounding natural beauty. Fabio was so kind and friendly

A beautiful place in a beautiful location. Melissa was great, very helpful. The house was spotless and we loved the decor. The kitchen is well equipped, which was important for my son, who loves cooking. We loved the mix of sea, beaches and rugged hills. The restaurants in the surrounding area and walkable distance are very nice. We have made a lot of memories and enjoyed the summery weather we have been so missing in Britain this year.

Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. Dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The lack of air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

Really nice place, very peaceful and private. Fab location only a few steps to an amazing beach. Along the beach ten minutes walk are some beachside restaurants, a bit on the pricey side but lovely food and local dishes and you pay for the location with views over the beach and blue sea. Crystal clear water. There’s a little shop nearby 5 minutes in the car or 20 minutes walk which has everything you need. We would definitely recommend. Five stars.

An ideal house to relax and be quiet, while being able to swim right downstairs in a sublime beach. Very beautiful beaches also 10’drive away. And the isola of San Pietro and its town Carloforte are definitely worth it. A real favorite! We'll be happy to come back! Thank you Alessandra.

Very quiet and shaded environment, space, beach 2 steps from the house with lots of space and tranquility . Very well equipped accommodation and Paolo was very welcoming and available. Yet we arrived quite late but he was patient. i highly recommend.

Maria’s house is around 10 walking minutes to the center of carloforte and has a quite big garden. It is very quiet when we chill in the garden but also not so far away from the town center where all the restaurants and cafe are. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away. The house itself is very clean, spacious and is well decorated. My husband and I had a quite wonderful time while we are here. Maria and her husband picked us up when we arrived at Carloforte and brought us to her place and they were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend her place to couples or family who would like to enjoy a chill time at Carloforte.
