Very clean and nice place to stay with your family and friends. If you are from outside Iloilo, much better to rent a car to save money.

Definitely a good place to stay. The location is perfect since it’s near malls and convenience stores. Parking maybe hassle especially at night so it’s better to park early to secure a space outside. The room is also super nice, the appliances you will need are available. Kudos to the Internet Speed as well, I was able to work smoothly considering I need a high speed connection for my work. Thank you, Jorja and Harty. Will def recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. If you’re looking for a studio near Festive Mall this is a great place to be. Our host was absolutely terrific and was always quick to respond to any question. Check in and check out were smooth. The place looks like the pictures and is squeaky clean. I can highly recommend this place as being a comfortable spot to stay.
