We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

Un petit studio tout mignon et pratique. propre, bien agencé, stationnement facile et gratuit dans la rue. Le top avec le jardin. Prendre note pas de tv et juste une commode pour les affaires sinon tout est super. Merci Marina, je recommande !

Excellent location for the D Day beaches or just for a beach holiday in Langrune. The house is quirky and may not suit everyone because of steep stairs and the layout, but it worked fine for the four adults in our party. The baker and butcher in the village are brilliant and the general store and greengrocers are more than adequate. Cathy and Nicholas were very heloful with recommendations of places to eat. We had a wonderful holiday as a result.

This is THE MOST amazing location. Pictures do not do this place justice. It felt like we were staying in a Jane Austen novel. Christian and his wife were the sweetest, most patient and helpful hosts. The place was SPOTLESS, the atmosphere was completely idyllic. It was better than expected, we couldn't believe it when we arrived. This was the true, original kind of Airbnb experience. Personal, comfortable, local. Do not hesitate to book. We wanted to just stay and rest and hang out here for a week. Christian went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with our car. They stopped by to say goodbye and see us off. It will be our favorite memory from our trip .

Great location for Cabourg beach and town, proximity to Caen ferry easy for UK visitors. Road a little noisy out front but it was a French National Holiday so busier than usual. Lovely layout, good kids games/puzzles. Netflix also a bonus. Good coffee machine and kitchen equipment.

La maison est très agréable, propre, très bien équipé, accueillante. Nous avonsapprécié notre séjour, durant lequel nous avons profité d'un espace extérieur bien aménagé, incluant la piscine et le Spa nordique. Je recommande 👍👍👍

Nous avons séjourné le temps d'un week-end entre amis (12 personnes) à la Villa Boubou ou Philippe nous a accueilli chaleureusement et y avons passé des excellents moments. Passionné par les véhicules Américains nous avons pu échanger sur le sujet, un bon moment de partage. La chatte gardienne des lieux😉😄, est adorable et n'a pas manqué de nous accueillir et passer des moments avec nous. Équipements au Top. La Villa Boubou est une bonne alternative et bien située pour visiter musées et plages du débarquement. Petit plus, une boulangerie située à 50 mètre et un super U avec son drive et essence a 500 mètres. Nous recommandons vivement la Villa Boubou et ses hôtes Karine & Plilippe. Laurence et Christophe

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est très confortable et bien décorée. Enfin la maison est bien située, très centrale pour rayonner dans les différents villages.

Fantastic property to stay in. House is immaculate, clean and resides in a beautiful area of a quiet village. With country side walks on the door step and a short drive to a lovely beach town that has restaurants, bakery and historical sites allows plenty to enjoy. Heated pool and outside areas match the standards presented inside the property and all together make a very comfortable stay. Line is a great host and very helpful. Overall very happy and would recommend this beautiful house.

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

Petit chalet paradisiaque, très paisible. Petit jardin sans vis à vis. Logement très propre. Rien ne nous a manqué. Merci à Flora pour les petites attentions qui nous attendaient et pour son accueil. Nous avions même de quoi lire, jouer etc... Terrain de tennis, ping pong, pétanque... Nous reviendrons au plus vite sûrement pour profiter de la piscine. Nous recommandons fortement. Merci à Flora.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit appartement chaleureux, très confortable et qui dispose de tout le nécessaire requis. La vue sur la mer est magnifique et l’accès à la promenade et la plage est à quelques pas. L’environnement est calme et il est très facile de se garer à proximité immédiate de l’immeuble. De plus Jeremy est accueillant et fournit des instructions très claires concernant l’appartement. Bref j’aurai grand plaisir à y revenir lors d’un futur séjour à Cabourg.

J'avais besoin d'un logement excentré de Caen pour pas très cher pendant une semaine, et c'était très bien pour mon chien et moi. Parking gratuit accessible Très bonne communication avec Olga, qui est disponible si besoin Je recommande :)

Simpelweg één woord: perfect. Als je op zoek bent naar een mooie omgeving, met een prachtig en rustig verblijf, dan móet je hierheen gaan. De hosts zijn supervriendelijk en hebben ervoor gezorgd dat je je helemaal thuisvoelt. De voorzieningen zijn supernetjes en heel modern, je komt niks tekort. We hebben van iedere minuut genoten om tijd op deze prachtige plek door te brengen. Een pareltje! We raden deze plek absoluut aan.

Elodie ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend! Antwortet sehr rasch und gibt aktuelle Infos! Ruhige Wohnlage und das Haus ist sehr wohnlich und gemütlich! Hier haben wir uns richtig zu Hause gefühlt! Unsere drei Hunde hatten genug Platz im Garten und das Grundstück ist gut gesichert! Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind werden wir sehr gerne bei Elodie übernachten! Sehr zu empfehlen! Weiter so liebe Elodie! Danke für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Fabienne est une hôte exceptionnelle et très attentionnée. L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. La possibilité de pouvoir utiliser la terrasse arrière à l'extérieur est un plus. La facilité de stationner dans la rue ou le centre sportif situé devant est très apprécié. La distance de marche pour se rendre au centre-ville est environ 20 minutes. Nous vous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Excellent séjour chez Marie. Le logement était très joliment décoré et tout y était pour passer un séjour très agréable. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Marie mais ses proches nous ont accueillies tres gentiment. Communication très sympatique avec Marie. Arrivée et départ très flexibles, ce qui a été un vrai plus. Le logement est un peu à l'écart du centre-ville donc l'idéal est d'être véhiculé mais avec les bus on a pu se promener y compris jusqu'aux plages, même si c'est moins rapide. Marie a été aussi de bon conseil pour les locations de vélo. Enfin, mon ami étant très grand (1m95) le matelas de 1m90 était un peu trop court pour lui. Mais à sa décharge je ne l'avais pas précisé. Donc séjour au top. Mille mercis

Awesome stay in this cute house! So so clean with lovely linens. Great kitchen set up- we loved the juicer for orange pressé! Amazing having the gym and used badminton rackets for some evening fun. Really easy to get to a little town for bread and croissants, vegetables and even a mini market. We visited Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur really easily and it was lovely to come out of the towns and back to this house! Thank you- we loved it!!
