We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

Brigitte's home is lovely. We are a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 teenagers celebrating a special birthday and anniversary. The house was perfect for us. The location was peaceful with open views of fields from the garden. The pool was amazing, we all enjoyed fun times in there. The Sauna was very much appreciated after the activities in the pool. We also enjoyed the Football and Table Tennis and the bikes. We biked to Merville where there are a few shops including a bakery. We also enjoyed a bike ride to Pegagus Bridge and The Battery at Merville. The house is perfectly located for D Day beaches and other historical sites. The kitchen was very well equipped and loved cooking on the BBQ. It was lovely meeting Verione who was waiting to greet us at the house. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. Anne

Sylvie's cottage is peaceful and warm. The restoration of this old house is done tastefully. The house is spacious and comfortable. The garden is nice, peaceful and populated with cats.

In a quiet place, not far from the center of Caen, there is a Carrefour nearby, which is very convenient. Anne is very friendly and helpful. Besides, the facilities in the room are very cozy. Next time I come to the Normandy region, I will definitely choose it again.

We had an exceptional stay in this home that exudes authenticity and human warmth. As soon as we arrived, we felt that she had a soul, and we quickly understood why: shaped by our host and her father, it is much more than a construction. Valérie’s place was exceptional! Every little detail was beautifully catered for from the quality linen to the yummy French teas and coffee pods. Valérie was the friendliest host and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and gave us so much local information and points of interest. We were sad to say goodbye. A fantastic house and cabin in a beautiful area very close to Caen and perfect for accessing the Vélo Vert cycle routes. We chose the house and cabin for a family holiday and it was perfect. The house is beautiful and spacious and has everything we needed. The garden and outdoor seating space were lovely for eating outside or after dinner drinks. The village itself has a boulangerie and grocery store and there are walks by the river and play equipment for children 5 mins away. I would definitely recommend and come back to stay again.

Awesome stay in this cute house! So so clean with lovely linens. Great kitchen set up- we loved the juicer for orange pressé! Amazing having the gym and used badminton rackets for some evening fun. Really easy to get to a little town for bread and croissants, vegetables and even a mini market. We visited Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur really easily and it was lovely to come out of the towns and back to this house! Thank you- we loved it!!
