Monthly Rentals in Ifara, Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Great place to spend a few days, central and comódo for a young couple. The only thing that is lightly heard on the street, but at night there is no soul so I don't present any problems. The host really is wonderful, Lucia is very nice. Apart from responding to the moment, it gives many recommendations that have been very helpful on the days we didn't know what to do. It is perhaps not the most affordable, but it is sure that this apartment is worth every €.

This is an exceptional property, offered by a Super Host. The pictures don’t do it justice: it is historic, light and airy with high ceilings, magnificent, large, historic windows, large rooms, two large bathrooms, and the property overlooks the City’s main park (kind of like “Central Park”). It has AC & heat units, a washer AND dryer (dryers are not common in Spain), and plenty of hot water. The location is unbeatable: walkable, historic streets, markets, shops, restaurants, so well located that we could be in town, on the beach (Las Teresitas), or in the mountains (Anaga and the Volcano el Teide) easily. Everything was clean, superbly and elegantly decorated. I could have spent an entire day just enjoying the apartment itself! She had the property stocked with coffee, kitchenware, pots and pans for cooking, even bottled water in the fridge. On top of that, our host was kind, responsive, helped us check in, and invited us to check in early. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Daniel and Eduardo are divine hosts: attentive, thoughtful, friendly and charming; always showing good and prompt communication. The apartment is very well equipped, with good internet connection, in a quiet neighborhood and building, offering wonderful views. Modern kitchen, perfectly equipped, including a water filter connected to the faucet. Shower with very good pressure and good hot water. It has a powerful hairdryer. The mattress is very comfortable and the bedding is of very good quality, which made our rest very pleasant. The couch catches you! Smart TV and ambient sound. There are absolutely trickster details: a vintage record player, an eclectic extractor hood, a yoga mat, an automatic store blackout... and many more! The sunrises are the best accompaniment for coffee. Supermarket just around the corner. Buses 109 y 110 from the interchange. Street parking Totally recommendable. ¡Repeating!

Conrado & Gabriela's apartment is very beautiful, spacious and decorated with taste. Quietly located, but 10 minutes from Santa Cruz, ideal for us. Upon arrival we felt at home and our hosts remained attentive and available throughout our stay. A big thank you to both of you.
