Villa vacation rentals in İçmeler Beach

Our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas was very enjoyable. The property consists of three houses with a large garden surrounded by pomegranate trees. We stayed there for 4 days as a group of 12 adults, and we found everything we needed at hand. The ambiance was super relaxing, and our rooms were very comfortable. Beddings, bath towels, beach towels, board games, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need during your stay were all provided generously. However, I believe there's a serious mosquito problem. This issue may not be specific to the property, I guess it's a common problem for the whole Dalyan area. Yet, maybe Helena can take some precautions about it because we each had 20-30 mosquito bites, and one of our friends had to take allergy medication due to a mosquito allergy. There are 2 beautiful pools in the garden, but again, there were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the pool. We still enjoyed the pools a lot though.

Great place to stay. The place had top grade kitchen and appliances. Very spacious. Host very friendly and responsive. Will definitely visit again.

The place is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the centre but away from the hustle. It's also right next door to a convenience store and a cafe. It could not be better located. The best thing about this though is the host himself. Engin was so helpful and proactive. Kind and generous, he helped us with everything we might need. I fully recommend this place.

We stayed in Kamals Villa in Dalyan last week with a party of six including 2 late teenagers and grandparents. This Villa and its amenities is by far one of the best we have ever stayed in . It's clean , comfortable, has everything you need like a home from home . It is an easy walk to the local supermarket and shops where you will find plenty of restaurants and things to do and see. The local people are so friendly and welcoming . Kemal was a fantastic host , always ready on txt msg to organise delivery of water and anything else we needed. He also gave us some fish to cook on the bbq which he caught himself . It was delicious. Thank you Kemal and your family for making our stay so special.

Villa is in a great location with a 30 second walk onto the main strip. Even though you are so close to the main strip from the villa itself you could not hear anything and the quietness was perfect. The villa itself is immaculate and perfect for our stay. The pool and the area around is modern and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. I would recommend this villa to anyone, you won't be disappointed. Will definitely be back. 10/10

Absolutely beautiful villa, with everything we needed. Gorgeous both inside and outside - pool, garden, bbq. The villa's within a few minutes walk of Dalyan's many restaurants. Rob and Sara are helpful, supportive hosts when needed.

From the first moment you enter, it's where you feel at home. Hasan Bey's beloved wife Nuran Hanım, who greeted us as soon as we arrived, took care of us with Mr. Hasan along with Mr. Hasan until the end of our trip. Whatever you need in the house is available, and if there is anything missing, they already provide it right away. It is clean, comfortable and very comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 little ones. Everyone was extremely satisfied with the enjoyment during the holiday. Mr. Hasan and Ms. Nuran gave us information about going, places to see, gave advice for restaurants (if you go during the high season for restaurants, it is full). The house is a 5 min walk to the bazaar, restaurants and shops. Now we have a house in Selimiye. I look for the view and the morning coffee I drink on the terrace that accompanies the sunrise every day. I hope to be able to go again as soon as possible..

A perfect house where 15 people can easily stay in the most location of Marmaris. It was very clean and there was all the items that could be in a house. In addition, our host helped us with everything. I hope we plan to stay in the same house again next year. Hope to see you again.

A calm and peaceful place very close to the sea. The pool was quite sufficient for children. Having air conditioning in every room and mosquito nets provided great comfort. It was a holiday that appealed to young and old. We plan to come back.

The location of the house is very good, you can get down to the beach section where all the beaches of Turunc are located in 5 minutes. There are 2 separate public beaches and beach options with a variety of food and drink limits. The house was very clean and well maintained when we received it, all the items were already brand new. It was a very useful house and the garden was quite enough. Ms. Aycan and her father were in positive communication with us all the time, and they quickly responded to our questions and problems. Thank you for a lovely holiday in their home.

Eren Bey's house is a very ideal and very convenient house for crowded groups. Location is in a very good location. She was also very helpful and we would like to thank you again If a coffee machine is put in the kitchen, the house can reach perfect ☺️

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

Ipek was so wonderful, not only proactive and responsive but was able to accommodate my family of 10, with last minute transfer from port, as we had a last minute cancellation from initial transfer. Additionally, she was quick to provide us with answers to many questions and recommendations on different restaurants and services offered in the area. Ipek was very hospitable, super friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyed every suggestion and service she provided us. We hope to come back again. Thank you so much iPek :-)

Our host was in constant contact with us after confirming our vacation and was very relieved by answering our questions quickly. We had a perfect holiday with our group of friends. We recommend it to everyone. We will definitely stay again on our next vacation.

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. After deciding to have a family vacation with our family friends, this villa, which we encountered while researching, we accumulated very good days and memories, everything was available, accessible, natural and beautiful, Mr. Hakan and his family were very interested, they provided everything, complete and clean, our children and we used it with great comfort, the garden was spacious and comfortable, we found peace in spacious and cozy greenery, thank you very much for relaxing, we were very satisfied as a family

Quiet, peaceful and Perfect vacation.. We had a great holiday with Mr. Ozan's hospitality. Very humble and helpful. We made our plans very comfortable with their suggestions. The house was very clean and tidy. It has an authentic feel with its wooden concept. The patio and pool are very peaceful. We also had a great time by private tour with Mr. Ozan's cousin's tour boat. Willow is very pristine and natural. There are places to visit around. Very close to Bozburun and Selimiye. Anyone who wants to look for peace of mind should definitely choose it. Ömer was a great host. He immediately responded to any question or request we had. He was very easy to communicate and he was very accessible. My sister in law mentioned that she told Ömer she wished there was a swing to lounge by the pool and he immediately came back with a hammock. My nieces enjoyed that hammock quite a lot. The house was perfect for our family and perfectly situated. It was walking distance from the river where you can see the Kaunos rock tombs. The house has wonderful Mountain Views on both sides. Mountains in the area are really breathtaking. You can see that view as you lounge in the pool or your pool bed. Very relaxing. The house had everything we could need. One of the bedrooms is in the entry level which worked out great for my dad who cannot walk up the steps with ease. This bedroom had two single beds. The bedrooms were spacious and linens were clean and fresh. The built in barbecue on the terrace was a life saver. We were able to grill lotsa delicious fish without feeling like we are doing a lot of work. The terrace has a canopy that can be extended towards the pool. This canopy came in be handy when we wanted to block the sun. There is AC units in every room and this was very important because we were able to keep the temperature of our rooms the way we wanted. The house is attached to a another one of Ömer’s. There is a very nice privacy fence with bushes in between and we barely saw the people staying next door. Ömer kept the pool area and gardens spotless. The pool was very clean and the garden is very well taken care of. Beautiful jasmines, roses and hibiscus makes a great backdrop for pictures and fills the air with flower scents. There are orange and lemon trees in the garden which are equally beautiful. The shops were very close by. The restaurants, butcher, fish market, and super market were all within 2-5 minutes drive or 10-15 minute walk away. Ömer was very knowledgeable about the area being a local of Dalyan. He had great tips on where to go, what to do. We had an amazing 3 weeks at Dalyan. I recommend talking to Ömer before you book any boat rides in Dalyan. We were very happy with two private boat tours we took with Dilaver, who was recommended by Ömer.
