Villa vacation rentals in İçmeler Beach

Very good host with a beautiful villa. Everything was as expected or better and he was always available via text to help with anything (not just queries about the villa). Would definitely recommend especially for a guys holiday!

Çok memnun kaldık. Güler yüzünüz, hizmetiniz çok iyiydi. Havuzun, villanın temizliği harikaydı. Bu bölgeye geldiğimiz de sürekli tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu.. Bizi kendi evimiz de gibi hissettirdiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz :)

Ev sahibimiz tatilimizi onayladıktan sonra bizimle sürekli irtibat halindeydi ve sorularımıza hızlı cevap vererek bizi çok rahatlattı. Mükemmel bir tatil geçirdik arkadaş grubumuzla. Herkese öneriyoruz. Bir sonra ki tatilimizde kesinlikle tekrar kalacağız.

This house is really great for a group holiday, all bedrooms have aircon. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is great for the beach and nice bars/restaurants. The street is shady and it is a short walk to the beautiful beach. Supermarkets, bakeries, exchange office are all within 4 minutes walk. The owner is very responsive and she bought a brand new coffee machine just for us. She was also flexible for the check-in and check-out planning. The only point is that there are not shutters or thick curtains in the bedrooms so they get some light in the mornings, no problem if you are not disturbed by light. There is one shady parking and you can also park more cars in front of the house. We really loved our stay, the 4 kittens outside were a lovely bonus!

Defne’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment was very clean and beautifully maintained we felt right at home from the start. The location was ideal for exploring the area, with everything within easy reach. Defne was an outstanding host warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. She took great care of us, and we truly didn’t have a single worry. We were completely happy and would come back anytime.

Konakladığımız Villa Hilal çok ama çok güzeldi. Evde bizi rahat ettirmek icin her türlü kolaylık ,imkan ve konfor sağlanmıştı. Ev ve o guzel havuzu tertemiz Müthiş konforlu ve harika bir tatil yaptık.Sahibi Necmettin beyin bize göstermiş olduğu konukseverlik için ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz. En keyifli tatilimizdi. Mümkün olan en kısa sürede yine gideceğiz.

Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey mevcuttu. Sanırım arabasız ulaşım imkansız, Marmaris merkeze uzak. Söğüt mahallesi içerisindeki koylara arabayla 5 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. Market ve diğer ihtiyaçlarınız için de arabaya ihtiyacınız olacaktır. Ev, bahçe ve havuz tertemiz. Airbnb aracılığıyla konakladığım en iyi evdi :) Yapılabillecek aktiviteler, gezilecek koylar, tekne vs konusunda da yardımcı olan Buse Hanım’a teşekkür ederiz :)

İlk defa bir villada tatil yaptık ama niye daha önce yapmadık diye pişman olduk çünkü tek kelimeyle harikaydı Hakan bey çok misafirperverdi bizi çok iyi karşıladı villaya verdikleri özen de muhteşemdi hiç bir şeyimiz eksik değildi hatta fazlaydı bu yüzden çok memnun kaldık umarım bir daha yine gideceğiz.

Marmaris’in en mevki yerinde 15 kişinin rahatlıkla kalacağı mükemmel bir ev. Çok temiz ve bir evde olabilecek tüm eşya edavat mevcuttu.Ayrıca ev sahibimizde her konuda bize yardımcı oldu.İnşallah seneye tekrar aynı evde kalmayı düşünüyoruz.Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

Property is new and clean. Each room has air conditioner. 5-10 min walk from the shops, bars restaurants and pier. Two Wi-Fi networks (one pw one without pw). Peaceful and quiet place. Very helpful property manager (called Ozgur). Large swimming pool which was checked regularly in the morning. GF bedroom ideal for people with mobility issue (like my mother). I highly recommend the place.

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Absolutely beautiful villa, with everything we needed. Gorgeous both inside and outside - pool, garden, bbq. The villa's within a few minutes walk of Dalyan's many restaurants. Rob and Sara are helpful, supportive hosts when needed.

Fantastic host, great communication received to alleviate any potential problems from arising. We will definitely be booking to return at a later date.

Öncelikle ev sahipliği ile ilgili Ali Bey’e teşekkür ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi, tertemizdi ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz tüm ekipmanlar fazlası ile mevcuttu, temiz ve yeniydi. Ali Bey konaklama öncesinde ev ile ilgili tüm kullanım bilgilerini de paylaştı. Ormanın içinde huzur dolu bir yerdi. Araçla civarda bulunan koylara ve turistik yerlere gitmek çok kolaydı. Bizim için keyifli bir tatil oldu, deneyimlemenizi tavsiye ederim ✌️

Ipek was so wonderful, not only proactive and responsive but was able to accommodate my family of 10, with last minute transfer from port, as we had a last minute cancellation from initial transfer. Additionally, she was quick to provide us with answers to many questions and recommendations on different restaurants and services offered in the area. Ipek was very hospitable, super friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyed every suggestion and service she provided us. We hope to come back again. Thank you so much iPek :-)

Çok temiz, konforlu, keyifli ve eksiksiz bir villa deneyimiydi bizim için. On kişi konakladık ve hiçbir zorluk yaşamadık aksine tuvaletinden odalarına mutfağına ve havuzuna kadar her şey tertemiz ve çok kullanışlıydı. Her şey düşünülmüş. Doğanın içinde, denize yürüme mesafesinde, üst kattaki bir odasında manzarası da var. Onun dışında Hakan Bey çok kibar ve ince düşünceli, her konuda ilgili ve yardımsever bir ev sahibiydi. Turunç ise gerçekten çok tatlı ve nezih bir yer. Denizi harika, mekanları güzel ve pahalı değil, esnafı kendi halinde ve yardımsever. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz!

Ev çok temizdi ve çok iyi döşenmişti. Ev sahibi yeterince ilgiliydi. Her türlü talebimize hemen dönüş yaptı. Arkadaşlarıma önerdim bile. Gelecekte Marmaris planımız olursa yine burada kalmayı düşünüyoruz. Teşekkürler Ege Suit Marmaris.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The villa was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It was great having our own private swimming pool right outside, which was sparkling from its daily clean. Quiet area on the outskirts of town, but easy to walk into the centre. There is a small supermarket very near by and a larger one about a 10 min walk. Loads of eating places, some about 10 mins away, but many more in the centre of Dalyan. Great villa for a family or group of friends.

Mustafa Bey'e, eşine ve dünya tatlısı kızına çok teşekkür ederiz :) Keyifli tatilimize harika bir ev sahipliği yaptılar. Ev ve bahçeye dair herşey fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha güzeldi. Ev temiz, evin içindeki tüm eşyalar yeterli ve zevkle döşenmişti. Odalar geniş ve her odaya ait banyo detayı 2 ailenin konaklaması için güzel bir detay. Havuzun büyüklüğü gayet iyi, yanında duş oluşu da bu ihtiyacı karşılamış oluyor. Bahçe yeşillikler içinde ve meyve ağaçlarından dalından kopardığımız dutlar masamızı renklendirdi. Balkondaki manzara öyle muazzam ki 'iyi ki burdayım' dedirtti. Tüm bunlara ek bir detay da aynı bahçe içinde ev sahibinin evinin de yer almasına rağmen, özenli davranışları ile kendinizi evde yalnız sanmanız. Mahremiyete saygı gösteriyorlar. Özetle; Dalyan'a yakın, son derece huzurlu bir tatil evi. Dinlenmek, keyif almamak mümkün değil :)

Villa Blue Island is beautiful. Arriving and seeing the pool, amazing outside area and the villa itself was such a treat. The villa is incredibly tasteful, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, in a quiet location. There were five of us staying and it was spacious for us all. Everything about the property has been thoroughly thought through. The pool is wonderful (with jacuzzi!) and a very friendly man came every other morning to clean it and also brought big inflatable whale for our kids, which made them very happy! We didn't experience any problems with mosquitoes in the villa as there are mosquito nets on all the windows, just need to keep the doors shut in the evening. There are two small local shops just a few minutes walk. You dont need to hire a car, it is about 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Dalyan, harbour, Saturday market, shops and restaurants. Wonderful hosts, always responded quickly, brought us local gifts and allowed us to check-out late. Great holiday!

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. Çok temiz, pırıl pırıl, sükunetli, günlük kullanımda ihtiyaç duyacağınız yiyecek, içecek ve baharat çeşitleri, otomatik çekirdek kahve makinesinden mikrodalga fırına kadar herşeyin olduğu bir mutfak, taze meyve ve meşrubat ikramları. Hava şartlarından dolayı projektörde film seyredemedik ama yazın alacağımız var. Bahçe çok keyifli, görsel ışıklandırmayı uzaktan kumandası ile yapabiliyorsunuz. Havuzun konumu ve tasarımı çok şık. Bir iki ufak sorunumuzda Arda hemen çözdü problemimizi. Kesinlikle çok keyif aldık, tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle, herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz…

Biz ailemle 4-6 Ağustos tarihleri arasında konakladık,Yaren hanım ve ailesi bize çok iyi hissettirdi inanın boş tarih olsaydı daha fazla konaklardık,bunun için ailece çok üzüldük keşke daha fazla kalabilseydik,benden size tavsiye kış ayından yer ayırtın çünkü çok talep oluyor,size samimiyetle söylüyorum iki üç gün yetmez doymaya ,bizim tadı damağımızda kaldı ev muhteşem her yer tertemiz ,çok huzurluydu,ve çok sıcak kanlılardı.Kendilerine çok ama çok teşekkür ediyorum,sayelerinde çok iyi bir deneyim yaşadık,Seneye daha uzun kalmak ümidiyle…

Öncelikle Cüneyt Bey’e ve Güliz Hanım’a çok teşekkür ederiz.Rezervasyon sürecinden çıkış yapacağımız güne kadar her konuda destek oldular.Evin konumu çok güzel,araç ile çarşıya 2 dakika,denize girilecek yerlere 7-8 dakika sürüyor.Güliz Hanım’ın yönlendirdiği yerlerden de çok memnun kaldık.Evde ihtiyaç duyacağımız her şey mevcuttu,giriş yaptığımızda ev çok temizdi.2 aile olarak gitmiştik,bizim için yeterli ve konforluydu.
