Villa vacation rentals in İçmeler Beach

Our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas was very enjoyable. The property consists of three houses with a large garden surrounded by pomegranate trees. We stayed there for 4 days as a group of 12 adults, and we found everything we needed at hand. The ambiance was super relaxing, and our rooms were very comfortable. Beddings, bath towels, beach towels, board games, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need during your stay were all provided generously. However, I believe there's a serious mosquito problem. This issue may not be specific to the property, I guess it's a common problem for the whole Dalyan area. Yet, maybe Helena can take some precautions about it because we each had 20-30 mosquito bites, and one of our friends had to take allergy medication due to a mosquito allergy. There are 2 beautiful pools in the garden, but again, there were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the pool. We still enjoyed the pools a lot though.

Merkeze yürüme olarak mesafeli ancak sakin ve huzurlu bir bölge. Ulaşımda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibinin yerel yönlendirmeleri ve geri dönüşleri oldukça hızlı ve anlaşılırdı. Daire oldukça geniş, temiz ve konforluydu. 3 ayrı oda ve 2 Banyo olmasından dolayı 2 ailenin bile rahat kalabileceği bir daireydi. Havuz temiz ve kullanışlı. Sitede çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Yeşillikler içinde tatil yapmak isteyenlere tavsiye ederiz.

The place is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the centre but away from the hustle. It's also right next door to a convenience store and a cafe. It could not be better located. The best thing about this though is the host himself. Engin was so helpful and proactive. Kind and generous, he helped us with everything we might need. I fully recommend this place.

We stayed in Kamals Villa in Dalyan last week with a party of six including 2 late teenagers and grandparents. This Villa and its amenities is by far one of the best we have ever stayed in . It's clean , comfortable, has everything you need like a home from home . It is an easy walk to the local supermarket and shops where you will find plenty of restaurants and things to do and see. The local people are so friendly and welcoming . Kemal was a fantastic host , always ready on txt msg to organise delivery of water and anything else we needed. He also gave us some fish to cook on the bbq which he caught himself . It was delicious. Thank you Kemal and your family for making our stay so special.

Villa is in a great location with a 30 second walk onto the main strip. Even though you are so close to the main strip from the villa itself you could not hear anything and the quietness was perfect. The villa itself is immaculate and perfect for our stay. The pool and the area around is modern and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. I would recommend this villa to anyone, you won't be disappointed. Will definitely be back. 10/10

Absolutely beautiful villa, with everything we needed. Gorgeous both inside and outside - pool, garden, bbq. The villa's within a few minutes walk of Dalyan's many restaurants. Rob and Sara are helpful, supportive hosts when needed.

İçeriye girdiğiniz ilk andan itibaren kendinizi evinizde hissettiğiniz yer. Geldiğimiz anda bizi karşılayan Hasan Beyin sevgili eşi Nuran hanım seyahatimizin sonuna kadar Hasan bey ile beraber her konuda bizimle ilgilendiler. Evde neye ihtiyaç duyarsanız mevcut, eksik bir şey olursa da zaten hemen temin ediyorlar. Temiz, konforlu ve çok rahat. biz 4 yetişkin 2 ufaklık kaldık. herkes keyfinden aşırı derecede memnundu tatil boyu. Hasan bey ve Nuran hanım bize gidilmesi, görülmesi gereken yerler hakkında bilgi verdiler, restoranlar için tavsiyelerde bulundular (restoranlar için yoğun sezonda giderseniz hemen yer ayırın, dolu oluyor). Ev çarşıya, restoranlara ve dükkanlara 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Artık bizim Selimiye'de bir evimiz var. Manzarayı ve gün doğumuna eşlik eden terasta içtiğim sabah kahvesini her gün arıyorum. en kısa zamanda tekrar gidebilmek dileği ile..

Marmaris’in en mevki yerinde 15 kişinin rahatlıkla kalacağı mükemmel bir ev. Çok temiz ve bir evde olabilecek tüm eşya edavat mevcuttu.Ayrıca ev sahibimizde her konuda bize yardımcı oldu.İnşallah seneye tekrar aynı evde kalmayı düşünüyoruz.Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

Denize oldukça yakın, sakin huzurlu bir yer. Havuzu çocuklar için oldukça yeterliydi. Her odada klima olması, sineklik olması büyük konfor sağladı. Genç-yaşlı herkese hitap eden bir tatil oldu. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Evin konumu çok iyi, merdivenli bir yolu kullanarak Turunç’un tüm beachlerinin olduğu plaj kesimine 5 dk içerisinde inebiliyorsunuz. 2 ayrı halk plajı ve çeşitli yeme içme limiti olan beach seçenekleri mevcut. Ev teslim aldığımızda gayet temiz ve bakımlıydı, tüm eşyalar zaten yepyeniydi. Çok kullanışlı bir evdi, bahçesi de gayet yeterliydi. Aycan Hanım ve babası da bizlerle her zaman olumlu iletişim içerisindeydiler, soru ve sorunlarımıza hızlıca dönüş sağladılar. Evlerinde geçirdiğimiz bu güzel tatil için kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

Eren Bey'in evi kalabalık gruplar için oldukça ideal ve çok kullanışlı bir ev. Konum olarak fazlasıyla iyi bir noktada. Kendisi de bize çok yardımcı oldu, tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Mutfağa kahve makinesi koyulursa ev mükemmele ulaşabilir ☺️

Ali Bey konaklama öncesinde ev ile ilgili tüm kullanım bilgilerini de paylaştı. Ormanın içinde huzur dolu bir yerdi. Araçla civarda bulunan koylara ve turistik yerlere gitmek çok kolaydı. Ipek was so wonderful, not only proactive and responsive but was able to accommodate my family of 10, with last minute transfer from port, as we had a last minute cancellation from initial transfer. Additionally, she was quick to provide us with answers to many questions and recommendations on different restaurants and services offered in the area. Ipek was very hospitable, super friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyed every suggestion and service she provided us. We hope to come back again. Thank you so much iPek :-)

A very enjoyable stay Tanner was very helpful in sorting out any problems we had the swimming pool was very well kept all in all it was a very lovely stay and would visit again

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. Kadir bey ve eşi bizi kapıda karşıladı. Evcil hayvanımızla beraber 3 çift geldik. Ev gerçekten tertemizdi fotoğraftakilerden çok daha güzeldi. Evin alt tarafında yürüme mesafesinde güzel işletmeler bulunuyor. Biz çok memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz

Aile dostlarımız ile ailecek tatil yapmaya karar verdikten sonra araştırırken karşılaştığımız bu villa da çok güzel günler ve anılar biriktirdik tam anlamlıyla harikaydı her şey mevcut,ulaşılabilir,doğal ve güzeldi Hakan bey ve ailesi çok ilgiliydililerdi her şeyi temin etmişler eksiksiz ve temiz havuz müthiş rahatlıkla çocuklarımız ve biz kullandık bahçesi geniş ve rahat yeşillikler içinde huzur bulduk kafa dinlemek için tam yeri çok teşekkür ediyoruz ailecek çok memnun kaldık

Sessiz huzurlu ve Mükemmel bir tatil.. Ozan bey misafirperverliğinde harika bir tatil geçirdik. Çok mütevazı ve yardımsever. Önerileri ile planlamamızı çok rahat yaptık. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Ahşap konseptiyle otantik bir havası bulunmakta. Veranda ve havuz çok huzurlu. Ayrıca Ozan beyin kuzeninin tur teknesi ile özel tur yaparak harika eğlendik. Söğüt çok bakir ve doğal. Çevrede gezilecek yerler bulunmakta. Bozburun ve Selimiyeye çok yakın mesafede. Huzur aramak isteyen kesinlikle tercih etmeli. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle. Teşekkürler..

Ömer was a great host. He immediately responded to any question or request we had. He was very easy to communicate and he was very accessible. My sister in law mentioned that she told Ömer she wished there was a swing to lounge by the pool and he immediately came back with a hammock. My nieces enjoyed that hammock quite a lot. The house was perfect for our family and perfectly situated. It was walking distance from the river where you can see the Kaunos rock tombs. The house has wonderful Mountain Views on both sides. Mountains in the area are really breathtaking. You can see that view as you lounge in the pool or your pool bed. Very relaxing. The house had everything we could need. One of the bedrooms is in the entry level which worked out great for my dad who cannot walk up the steps with ease. This bedroom had two single beds. The bedrooms were spacious and linens were clean and fresh. The built in barbecue on the terrace was a life saver. We were able to grill lotsa delicious fish without feeling like we are doing a lot of work. The terrace has a canopy that can be extended towards the pool. This canopy came in be handy when we wanted to block the sun. There is AC units in every room and this was very important because we were able to keep the temperature of our rooms the way we wanted. The house is attached to a another one of Ömer’s. There is a very nice privacy fence with bushes in between and we barely saw the people staying next door. Ömer kept the pool area and gardens spotless. The pool was very clean and the garden is very well taken care of. Beautiful jasmines, roses and hibiscus makes a great backdrop for pictures and fills the air with flower scents. There are orange and lemon trees in the garden which are equally beautiful. The shops were very close by. The restaurants, butcher, fish market, and super market were all within 2-5 minutes drive or 10-15 minute walk away. Ömer was very knowledgeable about the area being a local of Dalyan. He had great tips on where to go, what to do. We had an amazing 3 weeks at Dalyan. I recommend talking to Ömer before you book any boat rides in Dalyan. We were very happy with two private boat tours we took with Dilaver, who was recommended by Ömer.
