Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

The house is charming and thoughtfully arranged, with so much care in every detail. The surrounding nature is pure serenity — birdsong, stillness, and the lake just a short walk away. It’s a perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the moment. A very special thank you to Sarah and Thomas, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Great place to stay in a quiet location. We enjoyed the morning view of the lake and the tranquility very much. The place was cozy, clean and the terrace a great place to relax. Only the WiFi connection was a bit "fragile" at times, but we were on vacation and everything else was great! Thanks a lot!

We really enjoyed our stay here. . Just on the other side of the river from town, so you have privacy and quiet, but also very walkable into town. Many shops, restaurants, activities just a few minutes walk away. Melinda was responsive and gracious. Would highly recommend!

Check-in was super easy via a save. Upon arrival, we called Daniel, who explained everything in a friendly manner. The place was very clean, nice view and everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back.

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. Rooms are sufficiently large, bathrooms too. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete everything. In the immediate vicinity are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities. The house is located in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there very much. We will be happy to come back.

We were only in Bad Tölz for a short break with a dog and Irmgard's place was great for that. Located directly on the Isar, so we could always go for a great walk. A comfortable balcony with sun in the afternoon/evening to end the day. All in all, we were very satisfied!

We spent a wonderful few days with our extended family in these two apartments. The house is very tastefully and high-quality furnished – you can immediately tell that a lot of emphasis was placed on quality and style here. The apartment was clean, well equipped and offered enough space for everyone. We were thrilled with the quiet, idyllic location, with many excursion destinations easily accessible by bike or car. The contact with the hosts was friendly and straightforward. We would come back anytime!

We were incredibly warmly welcomed!Sabine has a truly beautiful house right on the lake with its own jetty to linger and easy access to the lake! The house tells its own story, historically and lovingly restored! Everything was as described, the rooms are cozy, wonderfully comfortable beds, everything is tip-top clean and a view of the lake as it could not be more beautiful!Lake view from the room and balcony! Diana’s place was perfect for us. It’s very well-equipped and private. The beds are comfortable, and it was great to have meals on the terrace. Diana was very responsive and helped us with every question we had .

Our stay at Katrins place was great! she was always very kind and responsive, happy to accomodade some pecial needs we had because of the kids. She also proactively organize discounted ski tickets for Hochfügen. The house is exactly as in the pictures, lots of space for even a big group. Location is very good, close to some ski resort and some cute lakes.
