It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

A lovely family beach house, just a breath distance from a small family rocky beach, 50meters from the house, named #Fytema one of the most quiet beaches even in high season. Few meters around, there are 2 of the best home cooking taverns in Evdilos. Extra tip! The house is located on the main road so its too easy to find it!

The house is located within the village of Armenistis at a point that allows quick access 2-5 minutes away from shopping points such as: supermarkets, souvenirs, etc. In addition, in dining and leisure areas such as: bars, cafes, pastry shops, etc. Armenistis beach is about 3 minutes walk and Livadi beach about 10 minutes.
