Monthly Rentals in Ibajay

Five stars for everything. Our one-week stay was perfect for our needs. We felt at home right away and we were able to relax. We had lunch overlooking white beach on Boracay on one of the days but otherwise just took time out. The studio apartment is a good size in a modern building and had everything we needed. The air-conditioning is superb, cooking facilities and utensils are relatively new and the fridge/freezer is new with plenty of room. There is hot water in the shower and with good water pressure (make sure the pump is switched on) which gave us the best shower so far in the Philippines. Ana Rose and her team are great hosts and the on-site convenience store had most items we needed with vegetables available just across the road. We had a rental car and were able to park onsite. The view of garden and palm trees is very pleasant. Being in a small village and on the main road we did find it a little noisy at night especially dogs and local karaoke. Highly recommended.

This was my third time booking this amazing place, and it never disappoints! This time, I brought my family along to celebrate my mom’s birthday from April 4 to 7, and we had a truly wonderful stay. The unit was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped—just like my previous visits. It felt like coming back to a second home. The location is great, and the peaceful vibe and the view made it the perfect spot for our little celebration. What I really appreciate is how consistent the service has been. The host is always incredibly accommodating and kind, going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. My family loved it just as much as I do! Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be booking again.

Our month here was great! It is quite remote and non-touristic, lets you enjoy relaxing days in local vibe and gorgeous nature. Pebble beach with clean water and some corals, you will find some marine life, bring coral shoes and snorkeling mask. Kayak lets you appreciate beautiful shoreline and hills. A lot of stars at night. There is one small town nearby with 7/11, wet market and local stores, bigger town in 30 min has much more shops, nothing fancy, though. A lot to discover around, white-sand beaches, waterfalls and lakes. Just a 1.5 hr trip to Boracay. The best part - very friendly and supportive host and his crew. Psalm helped us with everything: transfers from/to airport, food, bike, trip to Boracay etc. Organized trips to waterfalls and local experiences. Aunty and Adrian cooked food and kept villa in a good shape. We felt at ease. Cons: no hot shower, insects, roosters, electric and 4G outages. We are very grateful to Psalm and his crew for this fantastic getaway!

What a lovely stay it felt just like home. Everything you need cozy quiet comfortable has lots of charm and character. The hosts were friendly and communicative. I had a great conversation with Sir Daps. There is a delicious eatery right around the corner and it is a great location close to the plaza close to the bus terminal very satisfied with this stay, I will be back at some point!
