i would say everything is perfect. Gianluca is Marianna, always available and very kind even before our arrival. The house is magnificent in a quiet location and equipped with every comfort!..... too bad we could not use the pool as the period is not yet suitable. Definitely coming back.

What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. Nice place to stay. Lots to discover around. Not as expensive as Tuscany. If you want to get to know Umbria, it's the right place. Car is a must. Thrived great. It was very hot this year but the pool helped to relax. The place is highly recommended. Anke and her husband are very attentive people and did everything to make you feel comfortable.

Marleen and Stijn, her property manager, were extremely communicative and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay! They messaged clear instructions and videos and when we arrived everything was so easy and clean! The property is absolutely breathtaking, with gorgeous views. This was the best air bnb experience I have ever had. It was thanks to Marleen’s kindness and clear instructions. My family cannot wait to return to the villa. It was amazing! The property is gated too, so we felt safe and private.

Very nice apartment with a good, quiet location. Particularly beautiful is the large pool overlooking the wide countryside of Umbria. Although somewhat remote, there is a small supermarket in the village and also larger markets are easily accessible.

We stayed only one night, very tidy and clean complex surrounded by nature, a true oasis of relaxation. The only thing I would recommend to make the stay even more impeccable is a bottle of water in case guests arrive like us in the late afternoon, it's always convenient.
