Completely renovated farm - close to beach and town

The farm has undergone a total renovation and today appears to be something special. Emphasis has been placed on quirky details, comfort, and original farm charm-with a glimpse in the eye. The heart of the farm is the very large kitchen-living room, which has opened up to kip with visible rafters and taps. The ornamental garden and the view of the meadow and field is fantastic and the farm is located about 500m from Dråby Strand, which is one of the most popular beaches in Syddjurs and 4km from Ebeltoft, which is always worth a visit.

Watch the boats come in and keep up with the sailors' activity while enjoying the sunset on the terrace. The cabin is made of wood, of 79 m2 and on two floors. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single beds as well as a double bed. In the living room there is the possibility of bedding overlooking the harbor pool and Ebeltoft Vig. On the ground floor: Kitchen and bathroom, hallway. East-facing courtyard.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie trolley holds high to the sky and views of the steppe. The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

COZY AND WELL-FUNCTIONING COTTAGE NEAR EBELTOFT If you're looking for a quiet place to spend your next vacation, Fuglslev is the obvious choice! With lots of beautiful nature and a very special calm, it's almost impossible not to slow down and just enjoy. It's also an obvious place if you need peace of mind to complete a project. My lovely summerhouse has been the setting for so many wonderful hours, and I look forward to welcoming others: -)
