Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

A bright and airy, newly renovated small home (40 square meters) with a queen size bed (150 cm) and a queen size sofa bed (150 cm), a fully equipped kitchen and a bright bathroom. Free parking. Garden right outside with a stunning view. Feeling of being in nature and only 15 minutes by train to Oslo city center. Sandvika city center and surroundings are also worth exploring. There is a large shopping mall, beaches and hiking areas nearby.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Old, venerable house with stunning views of the Oslo-fjord. 10 min walk to Kadett-tangen and Kalvøya which is a large swimming beach. 10 min walk to Sandvika city. 5 min walk to bus station/train and you use 15 min by bus/train to Oslo Sentrum. Nice hiking opportunities along the coastal path in the immediate vicinity. Large property with room for several cars. Large stunning terrace overlooking the sea.

Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.
