Cabin & annex. It is a 3-minute walk to the water, with excellent swimming conditions from the beach, pier, and rocky shore. The cabin has lovely views of Brattestø, Heia, and Tre-sten Lighthouse, while at the same time you are close to the bustling boating activity in Asmalsundet. It is a 10-minute walk to Sand Brygge, which has an outdoor restaurant and an ice cream stand. The cabin has two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a double sofa bed in the main house. Bedroom 3 is in the annex. Two bedrooms can accommodate a crib/extra mattresses on the floor.

Hvaler, idyllic Søndre Sandøy

Welcome to a summer cabin in a great location on Søndre Sandøy. The cabin is located a 5–10-minute walk from some of Hvaler's most beautiful sandy beaches, such as Storhavna and Gjøkvika. The property has excellent sun exposure from morning to evening. The cabin is cozily and secludedly located in the woods, about 150 meters (as the crow flies) from the lake. The new terraces in front of and behind the cabin are equipped with garden furniture – ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing moments in the sun. On hot days, the parasol provides pleasant shade.

Enjoy lazy summer days in idyllic Utgårdskilen. Utgårdskilen is Hvaler's largest fishing port and also offers several swimming opportunities and a fantastic archipelago landscape. The cabin has lake views and sun from morning to evening, and is very undisturbed. There is a short distance to bathing areas and great outdoor areas with the coastal path on Hvaler right nearby. The cabin has three bedrooms and six beds, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The cabin has no running water and sewage, but cistern water in the kitchen and bathroom.

Water is available from a cistern that is filled with rainwater. Drinking water is available in the cabin. Cinderella incineration toilet. For the children: Trampoline, sand box, private wooden play house with slide, zip line. Remember to bring your own bedding/towels.

The cabin is located in a quiet cabin area on Kirkøy, Hvaler. Short walking distance to Skjærhalden, town and approx. 30 min from Fredrikstad. The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is conveniently furnished and easy to keep tidy. Everything is easily accessible, both during your stay and for cleaning on departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. NB! This is NOT a party cabin!

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

The 75 m² cabin has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5 guests), bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Connected to electricity, water via a cistern, a true cabin experience near the sea.
