There is a sandbox, a large swing and on two sides wooden terraces with high-quality wooden furniture. Thanks to a wraparound fence, infants can't escape you. High chair and children's travelcot can be used if needed. All windows to the back are floor-to-ceiling.

The house lies not far from the Nord-Ostseekanal. We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.
