The Little House Peaceful & self-contained
Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

It is a cleverly and sympathetically converted building on a site which was originally a sidings for the local railway station (closed in 1960's). Husthwaite is a quaint village 17 miles North of York and just off the A19 . The cottage is tucked away on a private drive. We are close to the North York Moors perfect for scenic country walks. The village has a Church, St. Nicholas' dating from the twelfth century next to the Village Green which forms the centre of the village. Our local pub The Plum & Partridge is just 5 mins walk where they serve great beer and fabulous food.
