My stay at Janet’s house was absolutely amazing! Janet was a fantastic and thoughtful host, and her property is truly something special. Surrounded by peaceful farmland, colorful flower gardens, and a delightful mix of animals—chickens, cats, llamas, and an alpaca—there was always something fun and entertaining happening. The house itself was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed, including a relaxing hot spa that was a real treat. My kids especially loved every moment of the stay—exploring the gardens, interacting with the animals, and just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It was a perfect family getaway, and we all left with such great memories. Highly recommend!

When I was choosing accommodation to stay in in the Taranaki area, I considered the weather, if it was to rain or the weather was not the best, we'd like to be staying somewhere cozy at least to make up for it and Ecoscape did not disappoint. It was private. Peaceful. It felt like our own sactuary amidst the recent ex cyclone passing through. We had a glimpse of Mt Taranaki every now and then and it was stunning. I could not get enough of it. Would definitely be back if we are in the area.

This is hands down the best Air bnb I have ever stayed and I’ve been to a few now. Loved it all from the stunning decor, to the generous produce and the outdoor bath was such a treat!

Cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay in the dome! The space was so cosy with incredible views of native bush, and views of the mountain not far away. Lisa and Jens were awesome hosts, really really kind and quick to respond to our questions and queries. A 10/10 long weekend away, such a beautiful spot in an even more beautiful region!
