Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. Remember sleeping bag+pillowcase, bed sheets are in the cabin. *Road fee NOK 50,- *Remember drinking water! Dishwashing water is available in the cabin *storm kitchen/portable *Outhouse

Great cabin in the woods, only one hour from Oslo

Idyllic cottage in beautiful tranquil surroundings in the middle of Hurummarka. Rødvann is located right outside the door with the possibility of paddling and swimming, as well as hunting and fishing. One canoe is included in the rent Toll road, with about 10 min walk on nature trail from parking in the summer. The path is not straight forward, but a little up and down, so I recommend a good backpack. In winter it is about 3.5 km with ski slopes from parking and into the cabin. Poor on-site mobile coverage. Perfect place for board games and family coziness!

Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.
