The Barn, Hurstpierpoint
A self contained, studio apartment with its own private access. The barn is situated in the pretty, lively village of Hurstpierpoint. Tucked away behind the High Street in a quiet spot yet next to a lovely bar and bistro (Morleys) and within a 5 minute walk of several more pubs, shops and restaurants. With easy access to the South Downs national park, Hickstead (3 miles) and Hassocks station (2 miles) for Brighton and London. Gatwick is 20 mins away. The Barn features a luxury shower/wet room, fully equipped kitchen with the basics to make breakfast and a pull down double bed. For families there is a sofa bed that folds down into a 5' double bed. Children under 16 are welcome without an extra charge

Wickham Cottage is set just 15 minutes from Brighton and 60 minutes from London in the gorgeous Sussex countryside, sharing the beautiful far reaching views of the South Downs. Wee Wych, Hurstpierpoint-1 bedroom private annexe
Located up the private drive of Halton Shaws is the former Coach House, Wych House. Built in 1897 to house the horses of Halton Lodge this impressive dwelling enjoys a quiet spot close to the center of the bustling village of Hurstpierpoint. In 2019 the Nelson family moved in and set about renovating this beautiful Victorian property. Separate from the main house and accessed through the double garage doors is Wee Wych. This immaculately finished annexe is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite.

The Cottage is a warm & spacious converted barn, surrounded by fields and fabulous walks (there's a washing machine for any clothing spruce ups!). Fully self catered with it's own equipped kitchen, a sitting room with log burner, table, tv & wifi. The bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed & the bathroom is ensuite. Towels & bedlinen included & tea, coffee, coffee pods, toilet roll & milk for your first day. The sofa pulls out to provide another double bed. Walking distance to CAE & Roche.

In a recently built house, this peaceful and centrally-located apartment is the perfect location for walking, cycling the South Downs Way or exploring all that this area has to offer. Brighton is just a few stops away by train or bus or head north for direct trains to London, Gatwick Airport or Cambridge. Hurstpierpoint village centre is within easy walking distance, with shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, but everything is here if you prefer to cook at home and soak up the views.

There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

Our pod, tucked away near the Downs
Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. A rustic experience, close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There is Wifi and there are basic cooking facilities, with a single electric hob, microwave and fridge. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.)
