Smooth transaction, great communication, beautiful, clean home, wonderful natural environment, good value too. If you like sunsets, stargazing and beach walks, this place is perfect. I recommend taking a stroll north on the beach to point farms provincial park. What makes this location of Ontario generally beautiful is the cliff overlooking, to the west, the beach and lake huron, which makes for phenomenal sunsets and a fairly secluded beach. The cliff means there are a lot of stairs to get to the beach which is fine except for folks with mobility issues may choose to stay on the beautiful deck instead. Near the golf course.

Excellent stay for beautiful sunsets and stargazing. The place felt very private, calm, and peaceful. The sunset views are the best part during our stay. Plenty of activities to do and it's close to Bayfield for quick errands. Our host, Jacob, is very responsive and communicative. Will definitely recommend.

Our family (including our dog) had a great vacation get away at Sania’s.! The view of Lake Huron and the sunsets were absolutely amazing! Beautiful area and house. Plenty of room for the whole family. Close drive to grocery stores, restaurants, LCBO etc. Sania was a great host. Everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a lovely, relaxing stay. The location is great, just steps away from a sandy quiet beach. It's also short drive to get to town etc. My kids loved the various board games puzzles, as well as toys in the kids room. We really appreciated being able to use the various beach items in the shed as well as the bikes for exploring. The house is spacious and we all enjoyed the main living room for bird watching, relaxing with the high ceiling. I also enjoyed the upstairs wrap around balcony for having a coffee and reading. The host was friendly and responsive and we really appreciated that as well. Our family looks forward to returning :)

The Lake Suite at the Henry House was charming, as well as cozy and relaxing. The decor is lovely and is exactly as shown online. Many restaurants, cafes, taverns, etc. are located in the downtown area which is within walking distance so it is not always necessary to have to rely on your vehicle. A theater is even right around the corner! The parking option onsite (if available) is a wonderful add-on. The host, Brett, is very responsive and it is evident that he wants all of his guests to have a very enjoyable visit. I have family in the Stratford area and love having my own cozy space when visiting them. We had a wonderful stay! So many places outside to chose from to sit and relax. Top marks for the beautiful SUP boards and kayaks and a great racking system to store them at the end of each day. The beach is beautiful but somewhat rocky just at water entrance. It quickly transitions to soft sand with several sand bars. Really enjoyed the blue lounge chairs on the beach and the natural shade of a tree. We didn't need our umbrella once. Vicki was incredibly responsive. Loved the Dark Horse winery just around the corner!

It was a delightful experience from start to finish. The cottage offered great lake views on the water’s edge, especially during sunrise and sunset. The outdoor space was the highlight of our stay. There was also a fire pit, which made for cozy evenings under the stars. The property had direct access to the water, allowing for easy swimming and kayaking. The owners provided kayaks and life jackets, which was a nice touch and added to the overall experience.
