If you want a relaxing and peaceful getaway, while enjoying the beautiful Lake Huron beach and it’s famous sunsets, then this is definitely the cottage for you. If you would rather be loud, noisy and just want to party, then I ask that you please look somewhere else as there are many long term residents in this area.

Its also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop/bakery, bike paths, hiking, dog friendly beaches & the amenities of Grand Bend.

Relax in an A-frame Cottage over looking a stocked trout pond surrounded by trees. 20 acres of trails. Fish swim, kayak or canoe in the pond or creek. Watch the ducks, frogs, herons, birds, turtles & a variety of wildlife. Enjoy the stars & roast marshmallows at the camp fire. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, wood stove, fire pit and 3 piece bathroom. A cozy cottage near the beach and downtown Bayfield. A hop, skip, and a jump and you'll find yourself walking down the Glass st. beach entrance. A 5 minute walk the other way and you're in beautiful downtown Bayfield, where there are shops, parks, and an amazing variety of restaurants to choose from. *Note: there is a suite in the back where I am often in and out of throughout the year- I’ll be using it and the backyard, but I don't mind sharing! Neither do my 2 pups, Theos and Selwyn!

Enjoy your getaway in beautiful Grand Bend Ontario! Summer bookings in July and August are Friday to Friday weekly bookings ( 7 night minimum). The bungalow is comfortable and spacious. It is perfect for families, couples and small groups. Situated next to Pinery Provincial Park where you can enjoy a long hike on the numerous trails amongst the tall trees, birds and wildlife. Sunrise Cottage is 80 steps away (yes.. we counted) from a public beach access which leads to the sandy shores of Lake Huron, where you can witness breathtaking sunsets or just enjoy a day at the beach.
